Not a good performance, judging by the twitter feed. Our cup performances have always been shit though, so no surprises there. And without Mercier, Henry, Vlietinck,... That's a lot of important players to miss.

Two very, very dodgy penalties from my perspective. And a clear red not given for that foul on Bese.

Tonight 9th placed OH Leuven face 5th placed Standard Liege, where 3 points would move OH Leuven up to 5th in the table.

 

Standard Liege have won 3 of their last 5 games, with a 4-1 win away at RFC Seraing in the cup last time out. Their last league game was a 3-1 loss away at Club Brugge. Their best player this season has been Collins Fai, who has 2 4 assists from right back this season, he misses tonights game due to injury.

 

Last time these 2 teams met was back in September, where Leuven ran out 1-0 winners thanks to a 77th minute goal from Sowah

 

Leicester Loanees: Kamal Sowah starts, Josh Eppiah on the bench, Filip Benkovic not in the squad - Andy King is also not in the squad

I don't know the details, but rumour has is our director of Football decided to sign King and Benkovic without talking to the manager.

Romo the only Leuven player with a good half, everyone else was rather underwhelming, although I will say Liege kept the pressure up quite well making it a lot harder for Leuven to play and pretty have much to rely on counters

 

Is there only 3 subs allowed in these games? Can't see any half time changes being made with Jemelka already having gone off, even though one should be made
