The opening scene for Casino Royale was filmed in Prague but never used in the film, I know this as I was in Prague that weekend of filming along with over 20 of the footy lads on a 40th Birthday trip (a story within itself) and I met Daniel Craig in a Sports Bar and had a long chat with him, absolutely brilliant bloke and was genuinely interested in our mad weekend, one of the lads (Semhi) asked him if he could mention him in the film and Daniel Craig was pissing himself at the suggestions. 
Great memories of one of my best weekends away with the lads in foreign lands... 👍
