You could always try a VPN to see if that makes any difference. 

 

Or even OpenDNS if you know how to change that on mobile devices. 

 

Have you tried logging in through the device's browser and playing them that way? Could be an app conflict with Sky Broadband.

This is an issue directly related to Sky Broadband. Look at pages 8-10; seemed to be specifically affecting Essex and Leicestershire, bizarrely.

Don’t know if anyone watched Tom Scott. He used to be one of the UK’s biggest YouTubers. He came out of his pause to do a series on an interesting thing in every uk county. Actually starts with Leicestershire with the UK’s last remaining bell foundry, which is a good watch
