I genuinely believe his true level is probably around national league/north & south. I think you could put him in league 2 and he’d still look out of his depth.

Probably. If you consider both technical and physical ability, even if he reached a level where technically he is better, he would still get physically bullied at any level and has a weak mindset as well.

I don't think he is though. You don't play for England all the way up the youth teams and show glimpses of potential if you're not capable. He just epitomises the Top down complacency and inertia that has befallen the club.

 

I'm sure that if he came up at a different time/earlier, like Chilwell, he would have threatened the odd England cap and been a steady EPL player.
