Callum Davidson looks like a no nonsense kind of guy, so maybe that will help Thomas to toughen up a bit with his coaching.

He played well, needs to do it consistently now.

Credit where credit is due.

Last night I realised that Luke is better at throwing the ball than kicking it

Good long ball to Daka and really should have had an assist - and i remember a pretty decent shot too.

I still think consistency is going to be key. I think he is going to be up and down, but i do think if anyone is going to benefit from having our game simplified a bit, its Luke.

I don't want to just dig him out, but that good long ball was a hopeful punt that Ayling didn't deal with, it wasn't like he picked Daka out through intelligence or skill.

It was exactly as you say; however a good manager would've encouraged (demanded) long ago that LT and Okoli don't do passing. They should be both under strict instructions to, basically, boot it.

Yeah. We havent done enough if that - exploiting a defender we knew had weaknesses. Certainly a different tactic.

Why with LT?

He’s got quite a good left foot and often plays some neat passes in tight spaces to help us beat the press.

I have to admit, that I'm not his biggest fan as stated by a few of my comments on here. But I don't think he had a bad game at all against 2nd in the league! Still think he's crap though!

Well played Luke ...dug in and did his job tonight ...I agree, probably his best game for us ,

To be fair probably the best game for us for a few years.

Not ever though, he was great in the cup final and that one against Liverpool when we won 1-0.

It might actually help him with VK being out.  Gary can tell him he's first choice till the end of the season and hopefully he gains some confidence and build on it.  Should help him having a fellow fullback as a manager.  I really think his confidence is shot to pieces.

Had a great start under Brendon.  Maresca didn't want him, Cooper lasted 5 mins and RVN was piss poor.

Always felt Marti left him high and dry on that left hand side. He's been at fault for goals, but Mavadidi infront of him doesn't help and the left side centre backs have always been all over the shop.  Seems to have 2 decisions to make and invariably has took the wrong option.

I'm hoping he has a strong finish to the season

i love leicester city but cant waste my life watching talentless tripe like thomas, daka, ayew anymore. been way too long with this bang average tosh

see better down in the lower league.

hopefully when these lot do one, the love and passion to get down the KP will reignite. fair play to rowett seems to instilled some fight

A fair way down the list of worse performances today.

The assist for their second being considered or no?

Did his pathetic attempt at clearing the ball for the second not happen?

Also, watch their first goal back….his defending is so meek and passive.

Was ok to a point but again, the second goal down his side and where is he? For probably an hour or so it was Ricardo who was testing my heart rate getting pulled everywhere and looking massively out his depth but that second was awful…

Sure he could have done better but he had two attackers to deal with as Fats hardly put himself out and there was plenty of play after that with Nelson pushing it out straight to a Norwich player and a weak attempt by Winks to prevent the shot.
