weirdly been better out of position than in his nominal position. He's looked more physical than he has in a long time. Better in the tackle, still can't mark for shit though

Had his best game for a while. Loads better on the ball than the other CBs. I’d be starting the same back 2 on Saturday for sure.

Actually did pretty well. Probably just his standard 1 in 10 game where he suddenly looks like a footballer before he reverts to type

Really makes a difference having a left footed CB, just creates better angles and makes us a little less predictable. Not sure he’s the answer but played well.

Maybe that’s because when he plays as a CB, he forgets that he’s Luke Thomas.

Played really well today same as Tuesday  Needs to be given a clean slate as he can be a decent player at this level.

Bore off. Clean slate after 5 or more years of abject performances and being paid tens of thousands of pounds per week. What other industry would tolerate him? You’d be sacked!

Thought he did some things well, however, his approach of dealing with any mid/long ball was to man-handle and wrestle the striker which will only end in red card pain in the next few games. You heard it here first.

What's the point in continuing to give him grief, its not going to help him or the team, especailly when hes putting in half decent performances, hes probably found his level in league 1 and can be a good player for us this season.
