Bangladesh are actually going to beat Australia here.

I don't know if I'm happy about that or just more embarrassed about our 'display' out there.

Well they'll never get a better chance to win a test in Australia.

Can still see Australia scraping to a 100 lead and Bangladesh all out for 80 lol

Then tried to backtrack and said he 'felt something'

It looks a decent pitch to bat on. 4th innings will be tough but I’d back them to chase anything less than 200.

Well, he definitely has neurodivergent traits.

The Hundred marketing bloke doing a sterling job of ignoring the drop in attendances. Very amusing and faintly tragic that there is such a desperation to tell the world that this event is always a complete success.

There must be a question mark over the Aussie squad for next years Ashes.

They have a very heavy workload coming up. Lots of players in their mid 30s, injuries are bound to play a part too.

Galle looks a fabulous place to watch cricket.

Beautiful scenery. Looks like there's a lot of history amongst it.

A mate went there in the 90s, he said it was incredibly humid. Lovely ground as you say.

I went to Colombo & Kandy earlier this year for England's white ball tour. Really nice country, food & the people are so friendly.

Is it well developed? Colombo always look like a modern city every time I see a photo of it these days.

What a catch

Or not as some ridiculous rule has been introduced

Thought that was a standard rule? Touch the boundary before you 'catch' it or handle it beyond it and it's a 6?

I actually liked Colombo. It's a mix of old & new.

it's easy to get about (you can book Tuk-Tuks via Uber. unbelievably cheap).

It has bustling old style streets, it's dirty in parts as you'd expect, it's on the coast & pretty humid.

The Dutch Hospital is an old building with nice restaurants (The Ministry of Crab, is owned by Kumar Sangakkara).

We stayed in a lovely hotel (Cinnamon Lakeside). This was a package booked through The Barmy Army. We had a great time.
