Atkinson is massive for us. Keep him fit along with Archer and the return of Wood for the Ashes the bowling attack looks so much better.

Great return from Gus. Tbh I think I'd forgot how good he can be. 

 

Ridiculous how quickly these two get off when it works.

I fully expected a 30-3 this morning after Atkinson had it going round corners but this pair are fantastic once they get on top of bowlers like this.

Me too. It's a good example of attack unsettling the bowlers.  Hats off.

Behaving like a monumental **** after being smoked around at 7s. This is what happens when 20 something lads get 10m dollars a year and get worshipped.

 

Key question....have england won that session because we all know india have played far better cricket all summer and with a bit more luck could be 4 nil up?

Did a little bit of looking back this lunchtime and didn't realise the recent record in Aus for England is so bad: they've not even won a single Test there for fifteen years and three separate tours. 

 

Won't be easy going there again.
