You'd still expect to hear rumours of rumblings of an emergency meeting/sacking even if the official announcement isn't till tomorrow morning. Although "We've sacked Rodgers" will do. No statement required :D

Be like a feeding frenzy in the media.

Leicester sacking their FA Cup winning manager after only 6 games! Bloody Leicester are at it again, the malcontents!! lol

Alright then, i'll flesh it out to help nip that in the bud.

"We've sacked Rodgers. Roy Keane, Darren Bent and Matt Piper said it was cool" lol

Quite concerning no one’s been briefed in the media that a sacking is coming

The squad probably have only just reached Leicester from Brighton. Give it time.

Should just be happy that he graces the training ground each week, earning a pittance! The thinking man's manager.

Who cares what the media think? All that matters is staying up.

Of course, I did not say anything to the contrary

It’s a sad situation. It really is. What is most disheartening is Brendan’s attitude, this is a man who has seemingly given up on the club and given up on the players which is really sad. This is a group that’s achieved so much, and at the first sign of a struggle, he gives up.

But it speaks volumes of his character, he clearly isn’t a fighter, and clearly just wants everything to be running his way or no way. Surely he’s got more about him than to blame the board, blame the fans and blame the situation. Surely you fight for your position? See it as a challenge try and maximise what you have? These are good players, but they look leaderless and uninspired…..

Brendan has let himself down here massively, he’s purely been fighting to save his face, and not fight for his job. The sheer arrogance of the man has tainted my view of him, I thank him for the memories he has given us, I thank him for providing us with some of the best football we’ve seen at the KP for some time. But I don’t thank him for his attitude, and his willingness to throw the club under the bus to save his face, it’s rotten sportsmanship and downright ugly, he is almost portraying himself as being bigger than the club, and it’s unacceptable.

Im sorry it’s going to have a bitter end Brendan, but you really need to look at yourself in the mirror after this…..

Absolutely spot on👍

Ok, I will stick on Twitter  and suggest a few friends retweet it just to get the ball rolling

Even though I have been a critic of Rodgers, I was not so sure the club would or should get rid of him at this time. But there is no other way now. He won’t be able to turn this around.

This comment n today's post match interview is unforgiveable.

"We have the players that we have, that have the skillset they have and we have to maximise what we can get out of them".

You cannot publicly announce that your players (many who you signed) are shit and then later in the same interview bemoan their lack of confidence.

Well you do have to wonder. Its all very well going on about the FA cup,and two fifth places, but where are we heading now ??

You mean, when we gave him the opportunity to achieve that with the resources available to him. The last time he was in England it would have been easier to win the league than to piss it away and he still did it. We were a very well run club until this clown came in and brought in his own people.

Yes, seems he has a decent 2 years or so, then goes to pieces.
