Couple of questions to UFS—and I’m going to ask these questions as someone that thinks KP need to go and that anyone going to bat for KP these days is weird

1) why do you think that guy thought he could walk up to your drum, kick it, start some s**t, and essentially get away with it?

2) what are some lessons that you can learn from “ultras” in Europe that have some influence on your actions as a group that can help you ensure that incidents like tonight’s do not happen again in the future?

Why do you think UFS need to answer those questions?

You should be questioning the reaction not the action.

Mostly this was Vichai no? Has there been any credible cases of Aiyawatt doing anything for the community?

Don’t look at the foundations accounts with the chunk of money sitting in there……

Yeah, what’s going on with that? Sounds unsurprisingly dodgy.

For everyone’s context

The foundation has £729k sitting in its accounts - obviously this might have changed now but it’s some extraordinary amount of money for a charity to hold at any one point

I’ve never understood the hate, just a group of decent lads that want the best for the club.

Unfortunately the good work and support of this group disrupt a lot of the zombies sat near them.

Ya see Union FS are Leicester fans whereas a large chunk of those near them are King Power ‘well we used to have Craig Levein and were in League one once’ fans.

Was the comment somewhere above about the instigator of the issues being a KP mole just flippant or a suspicion?

Seems really weird how someone physically initiates problems with the main noise makers within UFS only to be allowed back to his seat afterwards when, in this current climate, escorting people out and issuing banning orders for the mildest of things seems the norm.

As unbelievable as it sounds (Well actually it doesn't these days with KP/LCFC) It does make me wonder if there is a concerted effort to target/silence UFS as being the loudest and most vocal in anything to get the change 90% of the fans want.

Has this person been seen in that area before? Was he posted there to create/antagonise UFS into some sort of reaction without any recompense/sanction for his actions?

This whole episode stinks and has my suspicions about his motives.

You are correct but there is missing context. This is 2024 accounts and there were no donations in w023 but 500k in the 2024 accounts which came in shortly before the end of the accounting period. Hence little time to disburse. It is not unusual for Amy charity (I sit on a number of them) to hold reserves to smooth out lumpy donation incomes. In the past the Vichai foundation has funded sizable one off projects rather than lots of dribble support. With Birch as a trustee I would not see this as an issue. We have issues but not sure the Foundation is one of them.

My two pennies worth from someone that had no idea it was going on.

1. Absolutely barmy that anyone would look at what is going on at the club and think 20 lads singing is the problem.

2. It's nuts that a man can walk over to them, start a scrap and then return to his seat.

3. I think it's wrong to walk out en-masse because someone had a pop. Perfect opportunity to crank it up even more IMO.

Doesn't money have to be used by a certain point to retain its charity status?

What peeved me off about it was the fact that rudkin out was sang by all sections of sk1 last night and in that particular moment the lads joined in.. sadly they were just in the firing line being the obvious target :nono:

I suppose that's the big drawback of putting your name out there as being a part of a specific supporter group.

Was the assailant under the influence? Was he removed?

I've not heard of other fanbases behaving in this odd manner. The overwhelming majority support UFS, I certainly do. Suppose that you always get a tiny minority. Perhaps a Derby fan?

Hilarious if his man doesn't get a ban, given we've seen the club ban fans for being near to where something has been thrown before.

In any other location, someone walking over and starting a scrap is probably getting arrested or banned from a place.
