I think the Kane pile on probably stems from the fact that every set of fans around the country have invented some mythical rivalry with Spurs over the last 5 years. We’re bad for it.

It comes from the fact some of our fans were bitter Vardy wasn’t playing for England and Kane was being picked ahead of him. Even though both Hodgson and Southgate were right to do so.

Have you seen our fans?  Remember before Barnes’ injury fans on here calling Raheem Sterling every name under the sun and trying to massively downplay his obvious ability solely because he was in Barnes’ position in the England squad. Mason Mount has got called every name under the sun and people have also deliberately tried to downplay his obvious ability because Maddison hasn’t got an England call up (even when it was Smith-Rowe who got picked ahead of him).

Forest look suspect at the back but they're enjoyable to watch going forward. Just the movement and quick play. Intensity and pressing. 

 

It's boring watching us, wing to the middle to the wing to the wing again, back to defence, over to the wing. Boring

Who says that? Most sides play fast football, good sides always have. Liverpool are a great example as they’re fast and direct.

We made more chances playing the ball in behind for Vardy early yesterday then we have all season.

 

Shame he missed them all, but surely being more direct and quick on the break is going to benefit us.

My issues with Brendan weren’t so much the results (until recently) but the absolutely awful passing football we’ve been forced to watch. Obviously the quicker you move the ball around, the better the results are likely to be as you create more chances. So everything follows really.
