AjcW Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 That is a superb pick out from Ashley Young to start the counter attack! 1
Super_horns Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Nice start by Villa. Great counter attack .

God forbid I say that here but he’s certainly owes us far more than he would care to admit. Dropped by Monaco as being useless. Loaned to us, hefty price tag paid. Rebuilt his career. He has had significant drop in performances. Yet holds us to ransom. Modern football, fine. However, it’s not really right if we admit it.

Was sensational, it made that goal to be honest edit on the replay it wasn’t sensational, still very good, just looked amazing in real time/camera angle Edited 13 January 2023 by Dahnsouff 1
Happy Fox Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Crazy how far behind we are now to the likes of Aston Villa, Rodgers out!
OntarioFox Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Best result for us if we're being realistic about the dogfight we find ourselves in is a draw. A Leeds win is the worst of the three, so I'll take this.

We offered him a contract? He signed that contract and has honoured that contract, hasn’t downed tools and performed his job exceptionally during that period. He has now decided at this stage of his career he does not wish to sign a new contract- that’s his choice and certainly not disrespectful. We often talk about players who sign big contracts and then demand transfers not long after as being disrespectful and say they shouldn’t have signed the big contract for the money if they wanted to leave, ask questions about whether a contract is worth the paper is written on and slag the player off. When the player chooses to sign and honour a contract we should respect that choice. It would have been easy for Youri Tielemans to have accepted a huge pay rise like many other players do and then 18 months into a five year deal demand a transfer. He didn’t do this and I can’t see why anyone would think a man honouring a contract is being disrespectful in any way. 5
Super_horns Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Leeds been well on top but not been able to score . Missed a good chance just then.
JayTheFox Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Gnonto for Leeds looks a real bargain at the reported £3.8 million fee. 1

And like I said that’s football business. If you don’t feel it’s that way, cool.
Arkie Bennett Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Bamford on. How long before he's injured?
Super_horns Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 (edited) Commentators curse there though from GNev saying Villa had run out of ideas ! Leeds have been made to pay now. Edited 13 January 2023 by Super_horns

Aus Fox Posted 13 January 2023 Author Posted 13 January 2023 How many head injuries for Villa in the last 5 minutes? I’m going for three
Sunbury Fox Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 There are 8 very bad teams in the PL this season. It's a lottery which 3 of them go down.
trugerkem Posted 13 January 2023 Posted 13 January 2023 Really beginning to dislike Villa … time wasting from the 56th minute is embarrassing…and as for their keeper ….🥱
