We all know Maradona scored two of the most famous goals of all time against England in the 86 World Cup quarter final.

In light of that shirt being sold at auction, what matches come to mind where we've scored 2 memorable goals in the same game? I say memorable so not neccessarily favourite or best either.

My starter for 10 is probably obvious - Huth's thumping header and Mahrez's fancy footwork at the Etihad in 2016.

Knocky had those two bangers in one game-the scorpion and the 40 yarder. I want to say Barnsley, but will probably have to edit to look clever.

Huddersfield I think?

Yeah it was Huddersfield.

Gallagher also had a game where he scored two rockets.

Bruma’s two goals for us stick out for me, and Gally’s brace in Nigel’s return game against Palace.

there was a sven game we won 4-0 and all 4 were unreal goals. All a i remember was kyle naughton got one

in honesty a full season with the first sven team would have got promoted.

Naughton, bruma, pva, davies, mee, yakubu. He actually put together a good side, but unfortunately they were all on loan

Two most memorable goals in my childhood. Walsh v Derby at Wembley. First was just bizarre with the Derby defender ducking on the line.

Second was a decent move followed by a tap in but the occasion and pure joy is etched on my memory. As is the commentary for the winner.

I don’t think so, play-offs maybe. My memory of it was that Bruma and PVA were pretty poor, Mee was hit or miss, I don’t think we ever really had a convincing defence that season. Some good individual performances from Naughton, Vitor and Davies but never a really good unit. It always felt like a collection of individuals.

Can't remember who that was against but I remember one of the players saying he went into the locker room, threw his boot on the floor and said someone put that out, it's on fire.

Palace rings a bell. He could hit a ball that's for sure

I remember around Christmas time in League One vs Bristol Rovers we were 1-0 down in injury time and Fryatt scored twice in injury time to win 2-1. Bristol Rovers were around 2nd or 3rd at that time before dropping down the league. That was the moment I felt we could get promoted.

Of course Morgan and Albrighton vs Sevilla in the CL as well.

Maddison and Ricardo vs PSV got to be the most memorable example this season.
