Those 2 own goals at Anfield sum up his time here, one of the worst players I’ve ever seen, not just for us either. I’d love to wipe that smirk off his face, useless tw*t.

The problem for me is that at times he looks a real class player to me but you're just waiting for his **** up which he makes at least one a game (usually more). 

 

You need a real solid consistent performer at Centre Half and unfortunately my yard sticks are Wes and Huth - now they're what I call proper centre halves - They're both around the club (or were) and I'd get them in doing master classes for some of our aspiring centre halves (write off the dim wits Faes, Coady &, Vesty)

I remember seeing that we were going to sign him and looking at his last game for Reims on youtube where he scored a stunner of an own goal. 

 

Genuinely think if we stuck him up front instead of Ayew and Reid and told him to defend for the other team he would score more goals than them.

Their use of the word “imminent” is different to the rest of the English speaking world sadly.

 

Also sadly the link is to an Italian club so he will still be with us deep into August until we have agreed a deal of €2m paid over 4yrs, hopefully the link to German clubs sees him off our hands a little earlier in August though.

It's an absolute piss take. The club is absolutely impossible to like at the minute, from top to bottom. 

 

They had a run yesterday where they tweeted about Faes, "Wardy" & Kristiansen. 

I know the admins are just doing their job but their ignorance is astounding.

Our best hope is that some club out there is blinded by the fact that he starts for Belgium and neglects to pay attention to how he plays for us, and puts in a decent offer for him. His book value will be around £6m in the summer so we may even be able to make a PSR profit on him.

If he's off in the summer and I strongly suspect (hope) he is then there is literally no reason for him to play for us again.

Exactly, the last time we put one of our CB's in the U21's they lost 7-1 and he scored an own goal!!

Marketing manager has been there 10 years

Brand Manager has never been a brand manager before

Marketing exec has been there for 7 years with zero desire to progress.

Head of Media... 13 years in role

Head of Content/Brand.... 17 years at the club

Content Manager.... 10 years at the club

I feel like it’s a very insightful glimpse into my current mental state that whenever I see the lcfc Twitter page posting about Wout Faes I feel like jumping into my screen and throttling whoever keeps posting about him. 
 

Apart from that I’m totally normal and fine.

It'll be good to get him gone but it will only make a slight improvement financially. 

 

We'll probably still be on the hook for about £30000/week of his wages as no one will match them. Also, we'll pay off his loyalty bonus because the cvnt definitely won't put in a transfer request.

When we're inevitably in the championship next season, I think Ben Nelson will be better/more reliable than Faes, and cheaper wages too. I'm actually looking forward to next season if we can flush out terds like Ward, Faes etc

Sadly we will bring in more deadwood in the summer with the short term mindset of going straight back up i.e. Coady. The deadwood at the club will never be cleared out until we replace Rudkin and change our transfer strategy.
