Dont think it helped that our so-called supportive singing section in SK1 were singing “we’re going down” etc 10 minutes into the game.

"We want Rudkin out, say we want Rudkin out" not "we are going down, say we are going down"

I don’t agree with booing our own players when coming on as a sub.

However, people love a bit of revisionism with Wout. He has had some proper stinkers, I’m talking 2/10 performances.

It is clearly best for all parties that he moves on, sadly, I can’t see anyone being hoodwinked even by his agent’s hilarious LinkedIn post.

It's a bit weird to score a potential winning goal and then immediately want to give some back.

Surely celebrate in the moment. It just goes to show how soured the relationship has become.

He's done this at least twice before too.

It’s seemed to me he was having a go at SK1, they tend to lead the crowd in booing players. I’m in SK2 and nobody around me was booing him.

No one sung ‘we’re going down’ in that section. Constantly tired of SK1 being labelled with what people think they are singing

One area definitely sang “we’re going down” at one point early on

The 'we want rudkin out' chant actually sounds a lot like 'we are going down' When heard outside of sk1. I'm in g1 and thought they were singing that until my ears adjusted and I released it was the rudkin out chant.

Straight off down the tunnel at full time when Cifuentes had asked them all to go round. That says all you need to know about him.

Anyone claiming he’s our best defender or a top class Championship defender is forgetting the dire stretch he had when we lost form under Maresca. Not sure anyone who was in the away end at Plymouth that Friday night would agree with either statement.

I don’t think anyone questions the ability he has in his feet, but, like Soumare, the problem isn’t his feet, it’s his head.

I wouldn’t walk around after being booed

You’d go against your new manager’s wishes and show the rest of your team mates that you don’t want to be part of the group?

Remind me never to have you on my team.

Can’t blame him for his celebration. I get the disdain towards him, but why do Vestergaard and Soumare get a free pass?

They don't they are crap too

What did he actually do? I was at the game but somehow missed it?

(I also thought people were doing the Wout chant not booing him?)

He wasn't booed by everyone though. The least he could do was clap the fans who do show him support, just like the end of last season were he didn't acknowledge the fans walking around the pitch. His attitude is terrible and he brings it on himself because he's an arsehole.

Audible boos when he was subbed on, he laughed on the sky cameras and gave it a so what. Then scored and cupped his ears first to just behind the goal and then specifically to SK1 which goes back to Enzo not liking that section and clearly his favourites still hold on to that!

He wasn't being booed in the stand I was by anyone but me

His biggest problem is he thinks he’s a better footballer than he actually is. If he stuck to defending in a no nonsense way, he’d do ok. But his decision making has never improved.

I hold no ill feeling toward him, but he’ll be forgotten about very quickly when he moves on.

They don't. Faes is just unfortunate enough to be Belgian, which carries with it a certain reputation for being, well, good. Soumaré and Vestergaard don't seem to have that same level of arrogance and entitlement, but equally it's not lost on us that they're just not very good and need to be eventually moved on.

I think it sums up how sour the fan relationship with Wout is that a lot of us can't bring ourselves to properly enjoy a bullet header winner in the last ten. Most other players, that'd have brought the roof off, but the way he reacts was so over the top, like he's proved some sort of point to us despite it being against a team of glorified charity volunteers, playing with ten men, in the second tier.

For me, it's like watching the kid who bullied you in Primary School and went on to achieve nothing in life get married and expect you to congratulate him on Facebook.

He needs to go.
