Sales will speed up when people can get next to their mates, so yeah tomorrow and then members should see a bunch shifted, hopefully 27 opens after that

When they had the play off semi final against Wycombe in May they only allowed the Wycombe fans to have the upper tiers

Because they probably deemed the financial benefit not worth the extra support for the away team in a crucial game. 

 

Our game with them is just a cash cow they don't really have much chance of winning.

Villa did that to us in the League Cup Semi final 2nd leg (Jan 2020).

 

Even though we had the whole of the North Stand (upper and lower tiers), they only gave us the absolute minimum 10% allocation of 4226 tickets.  

 

(at the time, I thought that was a bit of a bad move by our club.   We should've given them 15% for the 1st leg, which often fizzle out to meaningless draws anyway.   Then we could've had 15% for the 2nd leg ... effectively a one-off cup tie.   And one that can go to extra time, and penalties.)

Only 23 seats left in upper 27, so I’m guessing upper 26 should open shortly. Anyone know how it works?  They clearly don’t wait till every seats has gone before opening the next block, because there are still a few left in upper 29/30.

I looked late last night and this morning and I reckon 450 have gone this morning,I think all upper blocks and may be mute zone 27 by the end of the day

I know so many waiting for those upper tier blocks to go so they can get a ticket back in the lower block.

So do I, but we didn’t want to take the risk as we need 4 in a row , and I’m not sure when they stop opening up seats, if they’re not selling enough.

I wouldn’t worry tbh it’s selling very quickly atm think nearly 700 have gone just today

Yeah even as I was booking and thinking which block to go for, the numbers were dwindling. 

 

I reckon lower tier blocks will open up today perhaps?

Today is all STH - members won't puchase until Monday - if people were going to buy today they most likely would have done already. Got another 800 tickets or so to shift through until lower blocks open. Most likely Monday.

I think, most if not all upper blocks will be open by Monday morning and once members get a chance, upper will sell out and the lower blocks opened. I think once the lower blocks open sales will get quicker again.

Only U25, U26, U27 remain as of now (have just looked). 

 

Looks like upper might sell out by the time Monday comes anyway.

Weirdly U27 keeps being full, then seats appear, then full again, then seats again!
