Yes let's see him in the first team, sooner or later you've got to give a kid like this a go,  and with big hype and talent you should get a chance earlier than most

Absolutely imperative that we bring in a coach with a track record of promoting young players.

One big critique of of Enzo is that he didn’t play our youngsters enough.

If our funds are limited I’d love to use him in cup completions and to rotate with Mavididi - who needs more competition at his spot.

Alves and Nelson should have played way more than they did. Baybrooke, too.

Alves and Braybrooke spent most of the year recovering from ACL's!!!!

Sign him up.

He clearly has something about him, he won’t be asking for silly money and if didn’t kick on he would be sold at 100% profit - or in classic LCFC style…he leaves on a free 😢

Whole different level.

He's played 15 minutes of senior football, he still has a massive learning curve ahead of him.

I didn’t think Barnes was ready, or KDH, and I definitely didn’t think Mcateer was on the radar. Alves and Braybrook have that as fifa says “special something” about them. The both of them are ready to be included into the first team.

This lad needs a full season in the championship

If we had an abundance of more senior creative midfielders, or the money to buy them, you might have a point. As it is, we’ll very likely need him in our squad next season, and possibly in the first team.

He could probably demand a decent wage if he’s as hyped up in the wider football world as he is on this forum!

I’m desperate to board the hype train too…I would just like to see him start a first team game first!…

He's alway been highly rated by youth scouts. He got a big Nike sponsorship a while ago which is quite rare for one of our youth players. Pretty sure they're only given out to players they think will be top PL players at some point and want to hook onto early on.

You heard it here first... Welcome the new Tete.

You joke, but honestly, seeing him and Braybrooke playing alongside the first team squad is the main reason I'm excited for pre-season to start.

We're going into the next season as paupers and lower league /relegation fodder so we're not going to easily attract experienced (not old) players with the skill sets of Alves and Braybrooke. There's plenty of players of a similar age playing in the PL and proving they are worth a place in their team.

What's most important is for the players to believe in themselves without being arrogant these two seem to have that belief, attitude and ability.

Let's see how they fit in with the new manager and how they perform in the pre-season games before dismissing them or going overboard with positivity.

I'm quietly confident that they can be integrated into the 1st team this season.
