I predict Plymouth to be the best fans to visit the KP his season.

Miles away coach travel seems a very accurate name for it.. you’ve got to give credit to every supporter who does home and away because paying (could only see non member price) of £54 just for the coach and £37 or so a ticket must hit the wallet hard on a match day..

talking of Plymouth im taking my 8 year old to his first game on Saturday, interestingly enough Plymouth was the first home game of Rushden and Diamonds my dad took me to see in 2002 at Nene Park in the old Division 3 days.. how the tables have turned since then lol

Wild they're bringing the full end. Brought about 800 last time they came here.

Ranking very high on the Big Day Out scale.

I mentioned it weeks ago but some fanbses now seem to have upped their away followings now and Plymouth seem to be one.

It helps being a success, any Plymouth were last season, but only Derby and Ipswich averaged more away from home.

For me one of the worst things about people not singing is that they have to fill the silence with their ridiculous opinions on the game or our players.

Yesterday, I had the unfortunate experience of having to endure one bloke calling us pathetic and/or a disgrace every 5 minutes (can’t imagine how much he enjoyed last season), calling Mads a useless cvnt for daring to not boot the ball out of play and then demonstrated his superior football IQ by saying ‘see that’s what happens when we get it forward’ after we scored. Well done mate.

I had some clown at Blackburn who really cannot enjoy football at all.

Getting so wound up about everything and I mean everything we were doing. That can't be good for your health.

Mate if you read/post on foxestalk rethink going Football.

I would hope so.

They are on a massive "high" after being sh*t for the last 13 years.

Indeed, and when they’re doing well it will show in their attendances due to their catchment area for supporters - they have Cornwall and most of Devon (unless you want the torture of watching Torquay/Exeter). They are a big club with a big fanbase down here.

The translation for which is apparently  "600 English fans manage to drown out the entire stadium Randers' fans are old ladies. The AGF women's team has better atmosphere"   .

ah, good to know it's not just us!

That's because Randers is effectively Milton Keynes. The atmosphere from AGF and Copenhagen this weekend was pretty incredible.

Good times! I have two colleagues in our Danish office who are home and away Brondby, fans itching for a business case to get out there and stay the weekend for a match. The beer was so good.

That's cheered me up. A reminder of how good it can be when three things come together:

1. Genuine fan effort

2. Booze allowed in view of pitch

3. Sit / stand where you like

How it used to be in the old days....

I watched my first german game for a while, Herth v Hamburg in the cup.  Incredible atmosphere.  The players greeted onto the pitch with huge pyro display and non stop noise.  I wonder what german fans think when they tune into a premier league game?

Ten coming over this weekend, I will ask them.

Fans running to the pitch in the kop great scenes

The battalion of stewards would be all over that now - I reckon you could even be kicked out for it lol

Can't do that now they've got them barriers in front of the stairs. Stewards have to open them when someone wants to get through. They're bizarre.
