Would be a similar style of player to the Wilf we had back in 19/20 and 20/21

All about the defensive side of the game

Which I do think would be a problem because Rodgers would probably try and make him more involved like he tried with Wilf, and look how that went

His passing is far better than Ndidi’s tbh, he’s basically what Brendan wanted Ndidi to be, albeit he’s not as athletic as Ndidi was when he was younger. He’s got a passing range and vision that if Ndidi had would have seen him at one of the biggest clubs years ago.

Shame it’s a weak link because he should definitely be on our radar to replace Ndidi or Mendy.

Having an eye catching season at Lecce.

Has leadership qualities.

Ranks highly for tackles & interceptions.

For a team like ourselves that has a tendency to be weak, we desperately need players that fit Hjulmand’s credentials.

Is it better?

His pass completion this season and last season is worse than what Ndidi has got in the last 4.5 seasons

His progressive pass rates per 90 and progressive pass yards this season are also only very slightly higher than what Ndidi was getting for us as well
