So many reasons to dislike Rudkin.

- the ridiculous contracts dished out to average players. COSTING THE CLUB MILLIONS

- letting contracts run down for big players that we should have received transfer fees for but received nothing. LOSING THE CLUB MILLIONS

- not pushing for Rodgers to get chopped earlier. COSTING THE CLUB MILLIONS

- Adrian Silva transfer saga that resulted in a player being unable to play for months (unheard of)

Loads of other examples, but the above should be more than enough to get rid.

GET HIM OUT MY CLUB NOW TOP!

If he was head of a corporate business  then the shareholders  would have ousted him long ago.

Unfortunately  we are a badly run inept football club who deserve this clown  at the helm.

Easy out for Top is too reshuffle the organisation Rudkin to stay with King Power racing and bring in a new DoF, Rudkin’s race is run here, he is now out of his depth, the game is moving on and he is getting left behind and his limitations, lack of standing and reputation within the game is exposing us now.

we need an experienced and forward thinking operator to come in and freshen everything up with the aim of becoming a progressive club again, Rudkin and the club have become stale & stagnant.

Key for me was last week, Enzo was full of praise and admiration of Top and yet no reference to the DoF speaks volumes and especially when he continually called for more football experience and know how to be recruited.

I wouldn’t even trust that clown to run the darts team at my local!

Am a bit surprised he hasn't really engaged with the supporters more during his long service, to be quite honest.

But it's not as if he's done poorly with the reserves etc. when he was managing it a while ago, was he? Credit where it's due etc.

He's probably here in his current position because he has worked with Top and Vichai since they first took over the club.

Not good enough as a reason. This is ruthless and we need to treat it as such. Far too many failings.

Send him back to one of his other jobs and bring in a proper DoF

How many does he have?

To be honest, it’s not just Rudkin that’s in control of everything. Whelan and Top are just as culpable.

What does Andrew Neville do?

All of them need going. Honestly, if we can drop this far by now, we could drop into league 1. Massive deductions coming next season if we go, worrying times.

if TOP is doing all the "raw" work (having a show down with the whole dressing room)... wtf is Rudkin doing  then??

My issue with Rudkin is it sets a tone for the rest of the joint. We are painted to be a ruthless club by the media because we get rid of managers despite them having success in the past. “You’re  little old Leicester, you should be grateful.”

The incompetence from the board feeds the culture, no one is held accountable, we make no changes and pretend everything is fine. Why wouldn’t players feel like they can get away with anything?

Good to hear the Rudkin out chants but we need them at home games clearly and regularly.

Absolutely, remember its all televised as well so make some signs for the cameras also, stick a letter under your jacket on the way in.

Which is why this only ends well for us once King Power and specifically Top ****s off. Worst ownership in football terms in the league.

Yeah, its a big part of the reason I wouldn't be against Top selling up.  As right now it feels like Rudkin is literally part of Top, the two are glued together.

I’ve always felt a little bad for Rudkin cause he’s always been a scapegoat and never given much praise when we’ve been successful

however I don’t really understand how he’s still here, does top purely keep it just because vichai felt so highly of him? Like a relatively decent track record of success in the role but surely after falling of a cliff there was time for a change

It's crazy that we find ourselves in a situation where we are still leaning on Soumare and Thomas.

It's criminal to have spent that cash on Bilal and Skipp and neither being a starting XI player. Why would you not use that cash somewhere else?

Our defence needs so much work and the fact that we are using a player who for last season was away on loan to hopefully get a move (VK) is laughable.

From an attacking perspective our hopes rest on a 37 year old and a 19 year old loanee. The signings of BDCR and Ayew are criminal.

These things are squarely at the feet of this seat sniffer. He probably can't believe his luck most mornings that he has this job !!!

Even Vardy knows he’s a knob.

How?

Don't know why some think that he's a bully to certain others.

Name a successful company inside or outside of sports that has remained successful/relevant without change at the top?

Top sadly can’t sack himself so moving Rudkin on is a minimum after the already highlighted catalogue of amateur mistakes under his stewardship.
