The quality of the opposition are poor however our mentality and approach to games is outstanding.  Yes, we have the quality but the team ethic and will to win and dig in as and when required is a remarkable turnaround following on from the garbage state Bodgers left us in.  Amazing turnaround in just 13 games.  Noone here could have expected such an impressive run.  Enzo is top class.

If the opposition is poor as you say, then also your grounds for  plaudits is false…

No amazing turnaround, everybody would expect this  mental & clinical approach,so not outstanding..

And yes we would all expect such an impressive run..

You cannot make our Progression out to be brilliant,if the opposition isn’t upto it…

Thats as though you are willing & ready to commit to..“yeh but I told you so“ indecisive punditry…lol..:P

blackburn looked like the prem team when we played them - embarrassing

I reckon all of us thought Blackburn, would be from word go,our major opposition,or better..

Their own slip off that higher ledge,& form doesn’t take away how we through a complete physcological approach & change to

our system then fortunes have changed our club around…Whether by hook or crook or  coincidence, that will come out in the

history books …but for now I do put that down to some shrewd changes, attitudes along the club management chain.

Including owners, learning from mistakes with too a deep loyalty. kP also had other world finances cost balancing  to work themselves through, but still have kept to our club & city..Many business owners could well have ran away, KP seemed to

assess and reasses towards the positive in  relevancy to this club..None of the past mentioned , so a mean a feat  to face ,and then turn  combine those right keys.

Last season it took 9 long months and 38 games to get 34 points. This season we have 36 points in 13 games. What a remarkable Contrast between the mood of the place, What a brilliant Job Enzo and his staff are doing.

Up the city.

QPR up next, so that’ll be 39 points in 14.

I think this is actually a fantastic tribute to the new regime - that we've done it in just thirteen games. That is actually the fastest we have EVER done it. We've been relegated so many times  down the years that there's been no shortage of small points totals to chase the following year. But yes  - this is the quickest of all. The next quickest is Micky Adams' side in 2002/03 - 15 games to overhaul the pathetic total of 28 the previous year.

We've won 12 games from 13.

The team in 5th have won 5 games from 13.

The team in 3rd have won 6 games from 12.

HMS PTL is well and truly seaworthy!

I know it's been pretty done to death but Leicester as a club really do deal in extremes like basically no other club. The unlikeliest title winners, the unlikeliest relegation, Vardy probably the unlikeliest elite striker, we're a club capable of the absolute sublime and ridiculous - which is a big reason I fancy us to beat 106.

Let's be honest - after last season then not a soul saw this unbelievable start coming! I just hope we can carry it on against Leeds on Friday! :scarf:
