Not a fan but I think Enzo keeping him around as a squad player means he can’t be that awful in the dressing room. Before it gets said, Winks started 40 odd games that year, that is why he was there.

 

He is shite, but for the actual dressing room can think of a few names I’d want gone first based on their known history with managers- Winks and Vestegaard are two that come to mind straight away, and if the rumours are true about the French bullying stuff we can add the two who were involved to this too

only real way past that is too sell them at real low prices with the hope the buying club will pick up their wage demands having paid so little for them

I vaguely recall Vestergaard proudly saying he was staying to help the club return to the Prem. Nothing to do with the fact there's no way he'd get a better wage by moving on
