To be honest it's not really too bad in the area of the Stoke ground.  Lived here about 20 years now and generally despite looking a bit rough, there's less crime than a lot of cities. Only time I've had my car done is twice in the sithole test is Nottingham.

They leave from Glebe Street, near the Station, every 5-10 minutes I think.

Glebe Street is where I've jumped on the last couple of times. Just round the corner from the Wheatsheaf.
