Solanke is a great signing for Spurs imo. Presses extremely well, takes chances, suits Ange style perfectly. Can see them challenging higher up the table if they keep some of their key players fit. It fell apart for them a bit last season when Udogie and Van der Ven got injured. Ben Davies and Emerson Royal just not good enough to perform the roles required in that system.

Way under market value and I’m sure once people wake up on this Sunday morning they will ask for that money wtf were we not in for him but seems an odd one & probably more made out of a life style choice rather than wages he could earn and therefore you will never get these type of signings.

Is Walsh still involved there?

Yes.

Dean Smith is the manager too, adding to past club connections.

Fuchs played out his career there too.

We're officially not the worst run club in the prem anymore

Chelsea's banter era just keeps giving 😂😂

To expand on Romano's tweet: Atlético are buying Julian Alvárez from Man City but have to sell a player first to make it happen, Chelsea are selling Gallagher for PSR and wanted Samu in return

Sure transfers used to be a simple business !

Chelsea and us, hey? One with oodles of money to spend, unlikely to get a points deduction, but still messing up transfer business.

We have very little to spend, likely to get a points deduction, still messing up transfer business.

got 700 Dms, don't need him, also he's not that great!

Was England player of the year in 2021 and was good enough to be signed by Pep even though I know he’s not cutting it there. Good attitude and is a nice guy, we could do a lot worse

Would add much needed quality on the ball next to Winks if we can sort his confidence out

His wages are eyewatering.

Winks, Choudhury, Ndidi and Soumare. You've missed my main concern with him. Saturated in that area!

Yeah stumbling block. But if we can get Soumare out I recon we could match what Ipswich could offer

He’s actually a much more forward thinking player than those guys, he came through as a number 10 at Leeds and I think he’s very good as a number 8. Pep doesn’t see him as a 6.

If we’re going to be playing this 4231, he’d be the best option along side winks of those other 3 I think. But we probably can’t afford him.
