They said last night club managers would have hated seeing so many ties go to extra time  in the Nations league and more .

He's got some work to do there for sure, if their going to have any chance at the WC.

 

Despite what Fifa says, the US right now are definitely the worst out of the 3 host nations.

Anyone else think what is the point in us playing the likes of Andorra and Latvia etc? International football is way too saturated now and way too many games. 

 

Would it not make sense for the lower ranked countries in the world to have their own tournaments similar to like the football league trophy is over here? 

 

Does anyone actually enjoy watching us plod along in 2nd gear against these teams that can barely even kick a ball?

 

Probably just me as I hate football right now because of LCFC.

So how would the rankings work after that?  Have rankings as a division with relegation and promotion?

Haven't really thought it through in any great detail to be fair. I'll wait until I'm appointed FIFA president and then I'll think through how I'll rework the format 🤣. I just hate watching international football at the moment, it's boring as fck. When I was younger, I always remember being excited about watching Brazil with Ronaldo, Ronaldinho etc, now the Brazil squad is full of bang average players and not particularly exciting. And watching England half arse it against the likes of Latvia, I'd actually rather watch LCFC right now and I make any excuse I can to not watch our shite this season!

If I make it to FIFA president I would expend the world cup to 256 nations, hold it every year in the middle East & buy Barbados.

A few years ago you’d put Georgia in that bracket, now they have one of the best forward players in Europe and it wouldn’t be a massive shock if they made the World Cup. Same with Iceland a few years back and once upon a time Wales were alsorans, I don’t think they should ever pull up the drawbridge. 

 

The positive of the nations league too means that qualifying tournaments can have smaller groups so you play less poor teams more often. The nations league format may in time become the main way of qualifying anyway.

BBC have had to take their feed of the Wales game down because some random is talking in the background in unfiltered detail about their night out and you can hear it all crystal clear over the commentary lol lol

They don't seem to have much luck in that regard.

 

There was an issue for the Scotland game too.
