Let’s face it, Cooper isn’t going nowhere. Top is up there with other foreign owners like Venkys and Sisu for other clubs who just don’t give a shit about what happens to our club anymore

I think they're expecting to go down on the balance of probability. And are planning accordingly.

They don't want to invest the amount it would take to fight off relegation and establish ourselves as a force again.

Why bother getting promoted if you don't think you'll stay up makes no sense. They only appointed him cause they thought we'd get a points deduction if they knew we wouldn't this clown would be absolutely nowhere near our club.

For those suggesting they won't sack him because those running the club are preparing for the Championship, do the owners honestly think he'd fair any better in the Championship? I've no confidence this bloke has any credentials to manage above League 1.

I don't think we're even sleep walking are we?

thats true tbf, its pretty obvious with the amount of chances we are letting other teams have per game

When we got relegated. Rogers had us haemorrhaging goals. This just feels the same. You can't win matches if you always concede at least 2 if not more. I'd accept his limited forward play if we were tight at the back. But we are every teams Xmas come early.

Wouldn’t be so sure……. Cooper doesn’t appear to impressing many people.

Please be true. A disaster of a manager. Had no idea he was this bad. For some reason thought his teams were well organised

The mood is much more positive in the ground than on FT.

Yeah it's odd.

I remember the year Ranieri got sacked. I was calling for him to go, but the people around me were all saying "he won us the league, how can you want him gone?" Because I want to stay in the league and with him in charge it's not happening. Same with BR and the same again with Cooper.

Lose to Ipswich and he's gone. They couldn't justify keeping him if we lose if they've supposedly learned their lesson, he's only here still cause beating Bournemouth and Southampton gave him a little longer unfortunately.

They won’t. They’re as slow as a slow thing going extra slow to make any changes. Always done too late.

The bit when you said you wanted to marry him was a big clue

I just know how Top and Rudkin operate and would be very surprised if he is sacked while 3 teams are below us in the table.

we defend so poorly as a team and have zero recovery pace in either defence or midfield. every time we lose the ball it is a chance for the opposition. until we fix that we will continue to average 2 goals a game.

But the commentators said tonight that Leicester fans are now warming to Cooper. Tbf they also said this is more like what Leicester will start with at the weekend after the 5 subs had come on. Can tell theyve done there research.

I don't think he's a completely hopeless football manager. Give him a decent championship side and he'd get them into the play-offs at least. I just don't think he's a premier league manager. I think he was appointed with one eye on the championship. We've been given a lifeline by escaping a points deduction and with that we have to make the most of our opportunity.

they also kept mixing up McAteer and El Kounnous and once called Soumare Coady
