Can’t understand why Cooper needs to have a virtual committee meeting on the touch line when a decision needs making. He comes across as a Rabbit caught in the Headlights.

Pipes was going on about this on the When You’re Smiling podcast. Said he was asking his assistants what decisions he should make. Pathetic.

We have 10 points but yeah.

Ah yes. Mixture of butter fingers and confusing games played with points.

Makes my numerical comparison all more stark. We're going down.

His management style seems to emphasise collaboration and giving other people responsibility. That might work well in many work environments but I’m not sure it does it football management. Enzo was more of a dictator and the players apparently loved the clarity he provided.

I think it’ll take until Xmas for us to sack him. The next 3 are Chelsea, Brentford and Brighton and I think it likely we lose all of them which takes us to Dec 8th and being in the bottom 3.

Camel is a horse designed by committee.

There's nothing wrong in taking input from your team - that's why they're there. Ferguson said he learned to let others have input but the decision was his. I suppose it's whether it's framed as consulting or relying on.

That’s the point, it’s not consulting, it is relying on because he is a visionless man who hasn’t got a bloody clue how to play at this level.

Ferguson had authority in abundance, though. His players never had any doubt about who was the boss. I’m not convinced Cooper has any authority at all. He might be likeable, but that’s not enough if you want to lead.

We also knew the structure under Enzo though. He was the manager, Danny Walker was the coach. Everyone had that clearly defined role.

We could be in the bottom 3 if Chelsea beat us and Ipswich beat Manchester United at home, and Palace get a victory away to Aston Villa but  you are right we lose those next three games we will be in the bottom 3. We need to make a change now, we cannot afford to give Cooper more time.

When Enzo was here I heard a few people around me moaning about how boring a watch the team were. Now Cooper is not good enough and everything he does is micromanaged by 'fans' We are fans. We do not manage or own the club and if/when the trigger is pulled it will not be because a "fan" thinks it is time. The team yesterday was not a great 1 to 11. I doubt very much he dropped Vardy. We were toothless and if we had had a go, the game may have been closer. United not that great.

Hearing the interview on radio Leicester. He was asked how he's going to solve the defensive issues.

He worryingly didn't sound like he had a clue 😬

What can he do when the players are not good enough. Faes thinks he is much better than he is. Vesty is too slow. If Ricardo was injured we only have Justin. VK is better than LT. Should we just play a 9 0 1 formation? The players we have in defence  are not good enough. January will be the time  he can wheel and deal. If not him then someone else. If it is someone else Moyes would be my pick as he is a good manager but don't expect to be thrilled/entertained.Ask West Ham fans.

Looking at our next 10 games I say we have 3 chances of winning a game. West Ham & Wolves at home in December & Palace at home in jan.

I think we’re about to go on a very very poor run of form which will probably see us end up bottom

Forest fans warned us that Cooper is tactically clueless and wholly reliant on individual moments of brilliance to get results, and that’s exactly what we’re seeing. He’s a ‘moments’ manager with no ability to organise a team (especially in defence) but is sufficiently likeable to inspire them to play well for short periods of games. It’s not enough, and we need better.

I understand get why the club don't see the bigger picture . Give us  fighting chance and get rid now before its to late, surely they cant make the same mistake twice .... can they ? Im sure cooper is a really nice guy but not just a premier league manager. The players don't look comfortable , don't look motivated at all, where is the fight !....Getting sick to death of the same old answers in interviews " we know where we need to improve " etc etc .... its not happening for what ever reason and we are actually getting worse game by game . If we go down we will get hammered by the FA , they are just waiting for us so they can slap a massive points deduction on us. We could potentially go into free fall, like Leeds did, like forest , derby did !

Top is know were to be seen or heard he is destroying our club. Total disconnect from the fanbase... its clear he has lost interest and has put the trust in Rudkin and Whelan who are making a pigs ear of it !.....Just wish hed sell up and **** off now...Vichai will be turning in his grave !

The one thing you can guarantee is that any change will come too late, and likely a panic appointment, if SC remains we will more than likely go down, our Club hierarchy is stale and complacent, going through the motions with no vision, probably getting ready to put the same crap Christmas decorations up that they've had for years, in exactly the same places, and to book the same shit venues for the Office Christmas party that they attend each year, complacent and lazy, because it's easy to do the same, and woe betide anyone who suggests a change to the normal.

I know he’s not likely to go this week, but surely 20/1 to be the next to go and that far down the list is some sort of joke lol

Top and Rudkin don’t have the passion for good football. They don’t have a bloody clue. They’ll be looking at results only and little Leicester losing to Arsenal and Man U etc isn’t shocking enough. The club will need to be in the drop zone for several weeks for any action to be taken (if any). God help either of them if they discover a lump - it’ll be fine 🤦‍♂️

Is that why they appointed Enzo?
