I'm usually one to laugh at conspiracy theories, but even I'm wondering now if these Manchester City players have their next move on their minds because they don't fancy going to Wrexham and Barnsley next season.

probably wont get a verdict on that till next season

Man City looking like they shouldnt have sold so many of these gem players, Rodgers, Palmer to name a few

Something isn’t right in the camp. What Pep really needs is an afternoon with his arch nemesis Vardy, who loves a big day against Man City.

Don't worry, it's only 2 more games until Man City find some form again.

Find it pretty amazing that, although not been at his best this season, 2-0 down with 85 on the clock and de Bruyne still sat on his arse.

Why did Pep sign a contract for next season, if he was an classless as Fergie he would have done a runner just before he saw what was coming

There's a chance they may know the prospects of the club's case, perhaps. 'We don't know the verdict until May, but it's not looking good' and all that.

Going from four successive titles and total domestic dominance to relegation form overnight shows there's something very wrong in the camp.

I definitely agree that they have sold players they shouldn't have, mind. They're dependent on some very tired legs now with Gundoğan, De Bruyne, Walker and Silva all seemingly nearing the end of their peaks.

Morgan Rogers is an unbelievable player, pace, power strength. Jack Grealish on the other hand - absolutely useless.

West Brom do seem a produce good players and they do seem to end up at Villa....even through he went to man city and Middlesbrough first

Totally agree, it's completely "classless" for a 71 year old who's given a club almost 3 decades of success to retire.

They won’t know the verdict but those club officials involved in the process will certainly have a feeling for how it has gone. Wouldn’t take much for rumours to have spread based on body language and atmosphere.
It was clear that palmer in particular was going to blossom. Whenever he came on at city before the transfer he really shone even in that team. The rumours about Roger’s were that he was a star too. That said how many clubs have let academy trained players leave the club for so called FFP reasons. I know it’s pure profit but they should remember they paid only development costs to acquire them. A great player is always worth holding on to especially when young and developing. muddled thinking really that PSR creates.

They brought him for 8M, as a comparison, we signed Ayew for that amount and Skipp for 25M. 🤨

Skipp for £25mil is genuinely worse value for money than the Maguire and Anthony transfers. Our fans still dont fully understand how poorly run we are.

Man City are showing how important confidence is. They've lost their swagger and don't believe they just have to show up anymore.

When you're super confident, you don't have to think, you just do and it happens.

No way Pep has become a bad manager over night and Man City can still field a team of elite players despite injuries. Confidence has gone.

What's that got to do with us? Well that's RVN's starting point, minus the reserve team of elite players. If he can keep us up, that will be quite some achievement.

Timed it to his own benefit, he knew the complete shitshow he was leaving behind the scenes
