Not sure how Jim can say relocations to the section ‘hadn’t been in the numbers predicted’ when the current size has hit the sth capacity and the club are steadfast refusing to extend the area.

Totally the opposite to what was said by him at the one before too.

Worrying their mindset on safe standing numbers.

LCFC Fan Engagement – The latest ‘Your Ninety Minutes’ – Foxes Trust

Did they give, or were they challenged to give deadline dates for all “looking in to” stuff or is it left so they can come back when / if they want?

Does anyone check the consistency of what the club say against previous meetings or again is it just left for them to do as they please?

Appreciate these are just minutes but it all seems so fluffy.

this bit made me laugh

"Away stewarding – LCFC stewards who travel with fans to away games have no jurisdiction once they are in the ground. They can only observe, provide advice to away fans, and to home stewards if it is sought. They cannot actively intervene in stewarding situations."

so what jurisdiction do these little bum lickers have outside of the ground lol

If The Foxes Trust have any credibility, they'd demand the club provide evidence to back up some of this. In particular proof that the singing section take up has been lower than expected.

Incredible

Were any of the Foxes Trust members in attendance part of the Singing Section to challenge the club on their statement?

Yes, supporters groups need to get together before these meetings so they can be aware of the full situation on certain topics so it can be challenged if they are fed lies.

I remember years back I was doing journalism, the people running the course told us that the course was going to end early as the funding had been been pulled. Being journalists we investigated this (took one call to the tech funding the course) and found out that the funding was still in place for the course to finish and there was no reason to finish it early.

We asked for a meeting with the head of the group running the course and sat and listened to his bullshit and how sorry he was for about an hour and then when he asked if there was any questions we hit him with all we knew. Never seen a bloke look so uncomfortable, like he’d been strung up by his own lies. Spluttering and stammering while we sat there grinning at him. Needless to say the course ran to its natural end lol

Wow 18k members and we still can't 100% sell out. And the club are to fvcking stupid to use general sale. So most of the members just do it for the big games.

Yet you muppets are not pushing hard enough for general sale.

God some thick cvnts in and around our club. But hey as long as you and your little members club are happy. Don't worry about other fans of or the club.

If you need any more proof that the club will do whatever it can to hinder the growth of an organic, vibrant singing area it's there in black and white.

Jim literally had people over the summer say they wanted to move in and he said no sorry it's at capacity for ST holders, before suggesting going in the block next door.

The club also sending Jim to these meetings and no decision makers shows what a waste of time and lip service process it is.

Is Imogen at these meetings? I know she is pretty much just a glorified PA to Anthony Herlihy but why wouldn’t she want to be at all of these? Has to be a priority if you are in her position.

As a member with 6 family members with STH in the singing section I rarely manage to get a ticket anywhere close to them unless I am online as soon as they go on sale. If I ever actually manage to get a ST I would want it to be in section and at moment that just can’t happen

Not overly sure if the club are referring to the take up when the section was first introduced, but the handling of that was a real issue. The instruction at the time was for fans to apply for seats within the new section, then the club would contact those who were successful. This never happened which meant people had to chase the club, and likely resulted in some missing out. That’s my understanding of it anyway, just typifies the running of the club really.

Preach. Newly appointed fan engagement person not turning up to something they’ve highlighted as a form of fan engagement truly sums them up

Not sure I agree with the reading of the membership.. it isn’t difficult to get tickets at all and not sure why that’s a concern at the moment. Yes the membership has its faults (not much benefits other than you can get tickets) but to start suggesting ballots is utter bullsh*t imo

I know we’ve discussed some kind of action before and being aware of the effect it could have on those on the pitch, plus how watered down it would look with a large number quietly sat on their hands. What about a lock in? It’s easy enough to be able to make your way to that corner at the final whistle, it’s a ball ache for the club with having to steward and police, and a good opportunity to get some attention.

Great idea in principle, problem is 60% disappear from 80 mins onwards to avoid the non-existent traffic jams.

I think the majority who want to hold the club accountable wouldn’t fall into that bracket, or you’d like to think not!

Until people stop buying tickets and not attending absolutely nothing will change.
