Yes, we are allowed to have a very good keeper. I know the Premier league would like to ban teams like us having good player, but I think it's allowed!

That first touch from Ayew when we had a good counter on was like watching someone who's never played football before and has no coordination between head, feet and ball. Utterly embarrassing stuff

That was in the main terrible. Ten men behind the ball at all times. Deserved nothing and got nothing. Played to keep it tight and still shipped 4 goals and would have been many more of not for Hermansen. 2 goals flattered us.

 

We may as well give up if we are not going to even try to compete.

The performance was garbage and the stats back it up.

 

0.2 xG and lost the corners 17-0. It was horrible to watch apart from the lucky goal and the wonder strike. 

Same mistakes, same set up, same in game management, same cowardice to make subs early on to change the energy of the game.  
 

The tactics of absorbing the pressure and having the dms just standing on the edge of the box to make it crowded while JJ and VK get skinned constantly is insane.

Cooper is allowed to mismanage a game just because it’s Arsenal away? Which games should he be required to actually manage well?

Think we’re all trying our best to give Cooper a chance, but it’s getting more & more difficult each week.

 

Just got to hope there’s 3 worse teams than us come end of season.

A lot of confirmation bias going on here  if your part of the "cooper out, Rudkin out everything is shit brigade" then that was a poor performance where we created little and threw away points with bad game management.

 

If your in the "6 games is too early to sack a manager, give him a fair crack, there has been some encouraging signs brigade" then that was a spirited performance away at one of the best sides in Europe, where the lads fought there nads off and nearly got something.

 

I think what ever camp your in you would have to admit that was better than you was expecting?

If we hadn’t thrown points away at palace already then I would be less harsh regarding this performance. We got the luck but totally failed to make it count

Arsenal had 36 shots, 29 in the box and 16 on target,  most one sided 4-2 ever.

 

Hermansen must have been unbelievable.

Yeah exactly. Games like this are free hits until you fail to beat relegation rivals at home or convert 2-0 leads against mid-table dross like Palace into wins, at which point they become games you need to get something from like any other

Arsenal had moments of fortune too, their first goal, the potential red and 7 minutes of injury time. At least we made our own luck with some great saves and solid defence at times
