I wasn't wrong, even more so now Abdul is out for the season.

We say this every time of late but this is the most important window for a long time AND January always smacks of panic.

But yes they MUST be starters, Vardy's living on fumes, Ayew & Daka aren't quality like Delap & Szmodics.

The defence is a mess, Ricky gone, JJ & Viktor not good enough, Vesty too slow, Faes 1 game good, 1 game mediocre. 1 game bad on repeat.

And just for confidence of this all for us, when was the last time almost all or 75% of the purchases REALLY took the club forward, thats what got to happen.  So the muppets that just bought BDCR, Edoaurd, Skipp & Jordan (just about ok).   Have to get 3 or 4 in that impact immediately.  How confident are we of that?????:clap:

exactly, the only way you get a Striker in Jan is a loan of someone who isnt good enough to get in there team (we do not need this) or take a risk, pay over the odds and get someone from a lower league or abroad. 

 

It massively depends on our position to as not many players who want Premier football will take a risk and sign for us.

Left sided defender, that’s the end of Thomas then but we knew that already.
 

I’m more intrigued if it means he isn’t fancying VK. I’d argue a right back is more important with Ricky out, coupled with the amount of goals we’re conceding on that side. And JJ can cover left back if VK is out.

its no exagiration that we need at least 4 players, 3 high quality that will improve our first 11 and a new manager. if we're to survive. its got to be a pacey CB, a quality box to box midfielder, a quality right winger, a quality striker, and ideally a RB, and thats not happning we may aswell plan fr the championship

We are screwed. 
 

Need wingers, a striker, a left and a right back. Won’t get more than 1-2 players and will still have a wafer thin squad.

So screwed, we need about 4 minimum in the starting line up to improve things. We will never sign that many in jan. We need to send edouard back and bring in a loan that will actually improve the starting 11 and hope and pray we can get some other business over the line for permanents.

Surely not? He's been talked up massively as a huge prospect with Kane-like potential. And in his relatively scarce minutes he has a good return. The scarcity of those minutes has come from injuries as well haven't they?

I'd be very surprised if he leaves, even moreso if it's not for a massive fee.

 

We should do the right thing by Brighton and give them £20mill for Buonanotte so we can free up a loan space for Ferguson.  Everyone wins....
