I'd start with some punctuation

It's certainly a lung-tester if trying to say it without any commas or fullstops..

One thing is for certain, a quality manager will see straight through the likes of Faes, Soumare, Kristiansen and Daka. They were not good enough 2 years ago.

Sourmare has been the only one who has actually put a effort in plus kristiansen daka only had a cameo appearance but faes is a liability

The problem is right now, what other options do we have?

The first job is sorting out our dire defence. In my opinion we don't have a single good defender

Defending is all about organisation and structure, improve those and the individuals will look better.

I can't see anyone getting a tune out of Faes and Kristiansen personally. They don't seem to have a brain cell between them.

Hope I'm wrong or we sign a couple in January

They're dreadful mate. I don't rate Vestergaard either but he's probably less of a liability.

Hopefully a bit of money for the jan transfer window.

Justin and kristiansen try hard but not up to it , side show bob has a mistake in him every game...okoli not too bad and vesty can pass but pace can let him down.

Hate to be that guy, but whoever takes charge ain't keeping this lot up.

When you lack ability, you've got to make some of it up with hard work, grit, passion etc (see Ipswich)...We lack ability and passion. Couldn't name a player besides Vardy who looks like they care about the club or it's future.

There's not 3 teams worse than us, in fact, i can only really name Southampton who are on par if not marginally worse.

We don’t, because of poor signings and management, letting the likes of Ben Nelson go out of the door.

All I’m saying is a quality manager will move these out and make loan signings perhaps.

When Cooper came in he talked up how youth would be key, yet he’s frozen out Alves, shipped out Braybrooke and Nelson and let Cannon go too.

Then you have Rudkin giving out 3 year deals to 32 year olds.

This next manager not only has to keep us up, he’ll need to overhaul the squad.

I said VK wasn't good enough when we signed him but many on here thought I didn't know waht I was talking about.

However, I'd say he's the one player I'll attribute to Cooper improving somewhat this season.

Bad as it is I feel the defense will improve as a new structure is employed by the new Manager.

But we do need new signings.

Ben Nelson going out on loan and getting regular minutes was absolutely the right decision. Before he’s ready to step into a PL relegation battle, he needed minutes under his belt.
The problem of moving players out is bigger than whoever the manager is and rests at the feet of Rudkin ultimately, we’ve had this problem for years and years. Average players on long term big contracts and to move them on, someone has to want to buy them and match their contract.

We cannot sign anymore loan players. PL clubs can only have 2! We have 2. One of them probably should be sent back at the start of January to make room and get a new one in.

The squad does need a massive overhaul, it’s no where near good enough. But the players that need to be moved on, need to find clubs wanting to spend money on them and with PSR if we don’t ship them out we can’t bring in replacements.

The clubs in a mess from top down, and no matter what manager comes in the bigger problems will remain for years to come.
