Very sad that I’m hoping the kids don’t get on the pitch and we get absolutely taken apart today, hoping it’ll nudge this clueless clown nearer to the exit door.

It is a strange situation, I am a bit like that too, if he plays the youngsters then all I want to see is us win, but it then prolongs this weird situation, whereas he keeps the same group we get our usual dry humping and then he leaves and we can start to move forward.

He's clearly not going to get sacked this season, best we can hope for is that he isn't selfish and actually starts blooding in the lads that should be the core of the squad next season.

Do fancy we could score today given that Brighton have 1 fit CB. This is assuming Ruud allows us to attack with more than 3 players and allows them to counter attack rather than turning back and passing to the defenders.

That's still 1 more than we have!

Still think he will go once we are officially relegated an we will have an internal caretaker.

I can't see it myself unless there's a clause we can activate that means he doesn't get paid as much.

Not great for morale though if everyone is just waiting for the inevitable and there's no incentive to try and improve.

So based on that, there's probably a great chance we've decided to set it up that way lol

I pretty confident there is a clause

Playing a complete devils advocate here, but he might actually be better suited to a more dominant team.

He certainly did alright with psv and Man U did look bright. Could be one that simply needs a team who will consist of the better players for his ideas to work at all.

I don’t for one minute believe he thinks the teams he’s been putting out recently are the best, I think he’s been protesting since Brentford, if not before that.

Hes been utterly woeful if not the worst we’ve ever had. But who knows how he’d be in a better set up… he really should have taken the Coventry job tbh

There's a bit of mileage in what you're saying, given his decent record at Man Utd as interim in November. People say they only beat us twice but they also won their Europa Conference game and drew a game with in form Chelsea that they should have won under Ruud, was surprised he wasn't at least kept on there to be honest under Amorim. As for Cov., then didn't they turn him down?

It will be due to a clause, once we are relegated his pay off will reduce dramatically, only way he does before that is if walks of his own choosing or agrees to accept a reduced pay off for mutual  termination.

I imagine he was hoping to be relieved of his duties a few weeks back and get his full pay off but now it’s highly likely we will be relegated next week, the club may as well hold off and pay the bare minimum.

Who is Dunk whose legs have definitely gone too.

He played in their 7-0 hammering against Forest then missed a fair few games and came back in and their form dropped off a cliff.

He’s an awful manager. No way does giving him better players make him a better manager.

Lampard turned Coventry round, no way would Van Nistelrooy have done that. I’d imagine Cov are happy he turned them down.

Lampard would have done a much better job. Absolutely crazy to think but we could have done a load worse than going after him last summer.

Just heard him pre-match interview on Sky.

Sounded so morose and flat. Can’t be much of an inspiring team talk

Waiting for his pay off which our club in their infinite wisdom can’t afford unless we manage to sell before the end of June.

I'd genuinely take any championship manager over Ruud.

Where are the Dutchman's cucks today who loved to fluff him with his isolation of Mavididi?

Ditto Buonanotte. Winks. Okoli. Skipp.

And to think that the cucks would've also further fluffed the Dutchman with their preference for the  invisible BdcR over the energetic McAteer

Again I’m not disagreeing, he’s been as bad as I’ve ever known… however you would have said the same about lampard before.

I don’t think you can ever rule a person out based on one job and to do that we are all so aware of the awful state of our club… is perhaps a little unfair.

Nobody was going to do a good job here this season  and nothing will change my mind on that.

Funny innit?

Play your better players and hey ho, we look ok ish

Skipp, McAteer, Mavididi,. Okoli, Daka (up top, not as a ****ing 10 FFS), Ricky ....if we can add winks and Buonanotte back, you know, we aren't that bad.

Just drive Coady, BdcR away from team

What a ****ing useless man. Completely trashed us.

We broke the cycle
