Pretty much yeah, they way too close to the owner for starters.  It has allowed them to disrespect managers, they really shouldnt be having easy access to anyone higher than the football director, and that probably should only be for contract stuff.

The club gives the players everything they want . Have the owners created this monster that is spoilt, entitled players?!!

I don’t think so, I think the issue is since Cooper was appointed the club has a group of uninspiring coaching staff who in reality are league one level, after Enzo last season to this clown show, it’s no wonder they are demoralised, we look like a disorganised rabble on and off the pitch.

Ruud will raise the standards and expectations and that will get a reaction and an improvement, just got to hope it’s enough to get results and drag ourselves away from danger.

JV is the only one not feeling entitled IMO.

Head down, get on with the job, do my best every game, attitude.

A shame none of the rest are as committed.

The same JV who's thrown several managers under a bus during his time with us?

He's now added Cooper to his list. It hasn't made him a better captain, though.

Show me a top level professional footballer under the age of about 30 that isn't spoilt and entitled.

I don't think it's just an LCFC issue.

I saw plenty this afternoon with the attitude and commitment that fans enjoyed.

Sadly, Buonanotte apart. they were all wearing red and white stripes..

Its just modern football.

A lack of leaders just a lot of spoilt brats with massaged egos BUT isn't it better to have players rejecting styles of play and saying the manager isn't up to it than ones who don't give a sh!t and just do everything half-assed?

Wasn't he one of the few that didn't moan about Cooper? Seen them with arms round each other at the end of games a few times. And tbh apart from Puel, who else got thrown under a bus?

Spot on

They are trying ,they are just not good enough.

This was never a Managerial  issue,!

Also spot on, and as and when RvN also fails to construct a silk purse from our pigs ears, l guarantee he will not be singled out and victimised by the armchair experts on here, it will be down to the players this time - it's already begun in fact with Thomas (who was far from our worst player).

Why wont the brainless mob turn on RvN?

Number one he's attractive and cool.

Two, he has no Forest connection.

Three, its so much easier to pick on a player or two this time.

All of this while conveniently forgetting that Cooper actually got more out of this talentless bunch than his replacement.

Plymouth, Coventry and Leicester owners all foolishly employing former stars, two of whom have demonstrated their total lack of talent for management.

My guess is RvN will soon wish he hadn't agreed to try to save this disastrous club.

The thing is, we do have a squad of 16 very ordinary players, but it is up to the manager to get them performing above and beyond, to use tactics to an advantage, and to utilise the full squad in games to a further adavantage, and Cooper did none of that, so it was a managerial issue imo

There is an awful lot of assumption, trial by media speculation and cod psychology going on here.

Sometimes I really wish the Internet didn't exist.

its just fans on a fans forum bashing out their frustration, chill, i doubt sigmund freuds in any danger on here

The current team isn't premier league standard. Nothing to do with being spoiled or entitled. They're just not good enough at this level.
