Mcateer couldn't help JJ catch a cold! If there's one thing West Ham showed, it's that these two can't be partnered on the right ever again, they were incredibly poor together!

 

We have to play JJ due to injuries but anyone on the right would be better with him than Mcateer, even Ayew.

I'd (yes really) go Cooper style and try to be conservative for 60 mins and status in the game then reassess. 

 

Skipp for Buonnotte. Daka ahead of Vards. 

 

Look to bring on Vards and Stephy as the game changers later on

Think I'd try getting another body in midfield for this and play Soumare further forward. Midfield 3 of Ndidi, Skipp and Bouba with Mavididi left, Bilal right and Vardy central.

There was a point on Tuesday where he really only made a half hearted effort (if that) to chase one of their players down who was bursting into our half. 
 

It looked like bad attitude to be honest but I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt for now. 
 

Maybe as alluded to above he’s actually not right at the moment.

Boon-a-not-eh wasn't that great on Tuesday to be fair, so not a bad time for him to have a rest. Hopefully he'll come back raring to go post Sunday 

Just stick monga up there somewhere, he'll give us the same level of energy at least.

Didn’t he get clattered by Antonio? I was wondering if he was injured as there was a point late in injury time where it seemed players were avoiding passing to him when he was in a prime position to take it into a corner. He did look to be struggling.

Might not be a popular pick but I'd like to see him give Hamza a run out . He will run all day for you ,snap into tackles and even though he can be a red card on legs at times he can handle a full back role or DM .

suspect Mav could have either a little niggle or was under the weather a little on Tuesday night

 

I'd still have him to replace Facundo,

Brighton certainly look like they can be got at after watching this Fulham game, gonna have to high press and potentially press in pairs at times

Just not sure we can go again with the Vesty/Coady partnership. Their alarming lack of pace means the defence has to sit so deep that we invite lots of pressure and shots, which was part of the problem on Tuesday. So I’d be tempted to bring Okoli back in to partner Vesty or Coady, assuming he’s fit.

Actually no.  The number was right though.  One for Eng u21, one for us and one on loan at Burton Albion.

The latter were second yellows.  His Eng U21 is his only straight red.
