Don't get me wrong, I love Vardy. The man is a God. But he's 38 and we are relying on him to play 90 minutes, alot of the time as a sole striker. He's reaching the stage he will be a great impact sub for us, but not our star striker. It's just mad that we don't have any real plan for his departure.

I’ve spent the morning on a long dog walk, just mulling over the moment this project nose dived. 
 

I don’t think there’s any coincidence that the running of the club significantly tailed off following the tragic loss of Kun Vichai. I know there’s been a suggestion that things started to wobble when he was still with us, but I certainly don’t think it would have got to this stage…. In my opinion, the fatal error came under Brendan, as a lot of us have agreed was the starting point. 
 

I think the club naively thought Rodgers was going to be here as a career manager, I think they had an idea to build the club around him, hence the like of Congers following him and giving Rodgers more control with the functioning of the club, particularly in the transfer market. 
 

Rodgers would have had no intention of staying here long term, he wanted a “top six” job again, and the sliding doors moment was the FA cup victory, above mentioned before, when I saw his interview after the charity shield win, it was a ‘come and get me’ appeal in my opinion. It never happened, and subsequently the rot was allowed to be set in as he gave less of a **** the longer he was here… we’d done the damage after a dreadful transfer window and ham string ourself financially….

 

We've just tied ourselves in knots since then and now are in this position… last season gave me a glimpse of hope but this season has just confirmed the mess the club is in. 
 

Top has a massive decision to make, understandably I do feel that Top’s relationship with the club has likely fractured, and he is here holding onto a piece of his father….. if he his emotional connection with the club is fractured, then how can he make sound decisions…… he’s leaning on the likes of Rudkin, who I’m sure was a support for him during the most difficult time of his life which is why he is very much why he is entrusting him with everything……. 
 

What’s the best solution? Will selling the club help? Maybe….. will sacking the board help? More than likely…. Top evidently has not taken the toxic atmosphere well, if that was him leaving the club in those images at the end of the game…… 

 

The club is infected, and a remedy needs to be found….. there’s no way we can progress unless this infection is rooted out…… if Top can over see this so be it… but I have serious doubts he can.

Nor does he need to know the exact inner workings of the electric motors in his cars, he has subject matter experts for that. The fact that you're even defending Musk is an issue. Apart from right wing media, any reasonable source will demonstrate the myriad reasons why the world would be a better place if Musk was locked in a place without access to the Internet. 

 

The thing is, Musk CLAIMS to be hyper intelligent and he's a chancer that screwed people over to gain his wealth. His dangerously racist views, childish behaviour, and the fact he supported Trump into power again would be enough for most reasonable people to understand why his views, let alone any involvement with our football club (which is an absurd thought anyway, there is no publicity to be gained from such an endeavour, so it's of no interest to him for a start) make him utterly unsuitable to even be seen in our stadium, let alone own the club.

having SMEs doesn't matter if you override them for not kissing your arse (see the cyber truck or the state of Twitter), indeed that's precisely the issue we're in as a club, SMEs are leaving consistently (Walsh, Macia, Idiakez) because the progression route is blocked by kissarses like Rudkin and Petty.
