Marc Albrighton understands it but doesn’t agree it with, which is hardly surprising given his association with the club.

Pathetic. He along with several other former players have made far too much money out of top and rudkin.

Hate that they sponsor our ground. We play at Filbert Way as far as I'm concerned

If you take emotion out of it, the simple fact of the matter is we have too many of our first team players who are not at the level to compete in the Championship. In my opinion the following:

Skipp

Thomas

Okoli

Ayew

Daka

Ricardo

Decordova Reid

Our best players are loan players who will be long gone in June. We are in this position because out recruitment has been poor for about 5 years or since Macia left the club. Our contract management has also been awful, absolutely awful. And, as at today - nobody has been held accountable for the above. The head or recruitment is still in place, the DoF is still in place and is actually in line for a promotion.

The decision to let Vardy go and keep the dross we have on the books looks even more crucial.

Do Vardy didn't have any say in what he wanted to do with his own life?

He wanted to stay. He's said that.

Hope your flask didn't leak today when you got up to clap the lads off.

Albrighton more than earned his corn, and he's perfectly entitled to disagree. I thought he was very respectful of the right to protest, and it's not as if he was arguing that the club has been well-run in recent times, rather that he feels a change of ownership isn't necessarily imperative. I think he's wrong, but if he's respectful then that's fine.

It still doesn't change the fact that those actively defending the board are both badly misguided and absolutely complicit in our decline. By all means go to the game. By all means don't join the protest. And by all means believe, if you're a hopeless optimist, that KP can sort this out if they wake up and smell the coffee. But you can't possibly for a moment defend their negligence in recent years.

We saw, on the pitch today, how awfully run we've been. As a very, very simplistic breakdown, we have a lot of players - most of which are over-rated - who think they need the ball at feet, and to play the game the right way. Okay, Fatawu (in spite of his tremendous highlights reel) and co. don't do nearly enough when they get the ball to justify that, but one core problem is that the likes of Thomas, Nelson, Okoli and Skipp aren't anywhere near good enough in their build-up play to give them those opportunities. And they don't win enough of their 50-50s either.

It's unbelievably unbalanced, from recruitment to team selection. Too many incompatible players put together over a period of years and years.

Bang on, what we used to be so good at we are now awful at, all the best signings when we were good were unheard of players or cast offs, now we sign players who everyone has heard off, but are all cast off from lower tier prem teams. It can't have been Vichai leaves sadly earlier than expected, we collapse we did manage to win the FA Cup after, surely one of the lessons Vichai would have passed on us how to interview, knowing how to intuitively sense who looks good on paper but won't fit and vise versa, top either wasn't listening or it's something you just can't teach.

I didn't hear that, it was all a bit strange how it was communicated as usual, if the recruitment wasn't so bad, we wouldn't even be thinking of Vardy, though clearly he's a better striker than we have on the books there's probably at least 20 available within budget that we could have signed and haven't that would be on the level of Vardy now.

Well done to all involved. Couldn't be there today but protest has been shown on Sky and looked a great turnout. Definitely think I saw @StriderHiryu as well

To be honest the protest was as flaccid as the performance from the players. The Police escorting the march were laughing.

Respect to everyone that showed up but it’s clear the protesters are clearly in the minority. Many people turned their noses up or mocked the group. At one point an elderly in hospitality flipped off the protesters 🤣!

Too many people in Leicester live in the past. To quote the comment in Sky at the end “Leicester City are going from the impossible to the unthinkable!” But the fanbase as a totality will allow it to happen.

I find the lack of action more depressing than the team. I feel like as a society we have forgotten to fight back or to fight for what’s right. People are too easily placated.

At least there was a protest.  The impact may still be larger than the size of the protest, it was mentioned on the Sky match commentary which gives it exposure to a very wide audience.  I didn't hear any reference to the number attending.

If you love the club then you do what you can.  The problem I see with Top is that he professes to love the club, but he either can't or won't see that it is its management under his stewardship which has led us to the sad situation in which we find ourselves now.  If you truly love someone then you don't do them harm.

Speaks volumes for those who chose not to take part because they don’t agree with it.

The club is ****ed, it’s literally dying bonfire the fans eyes, and half of them can’t be ****ing arsed to save it.

Can’t wait for the day we fold, and Leicester fan TV put a video out “Where’s the club gone, comment below tell us what you think”……

Honestly think we've got one of the thickest fanbases going.

It’s probably too late now anyway given how much time it would take to sell… and what new owner comes in when the club is pretty much insolvent and has to take on completely unsustainable infrastructure and playing costs for the amount of revenue the club will be able to generate in league one. The only way we will be rid of these ****ers is if we are forced into administration. Even then, we aren’t going to have people queuing round the block to take it on - if we do go down we have pretty much the entire wage bill we would need in league one  already spent on 5 or 6 contracted, awful players. Reading came very close, Sheff Weds are finding out how difficult it is to turn it around. I think we will be trumping both of them. This could easily be the biggest professional club to fold in the history of English football.
