Actually, the link says

 

"It was revealed on the 9th that Kashiwa's Japanese national team defender Hiroki Sekine (22) will be transferring to Stade de Reims in the French first division. Kashiwa announced on the same day that "he will leave the team to prepare for a transfer to an overseas club." According to multiple sources, Sekine is scheduled to arrive in the area on the 10th, undergo a medical check and then officially sign"

I met MTWG once in a pub on the Everton trophy day.... I can't imagine him looking after a one year old snail let alone a human daughter....
