Ffs just enjoy the win. We won't get many more this season

Id generally consider playing Faes as a CDM. Far too much of a bomb scare to be a CB but a lot of technical ability to play in midfield

Can't imagine watching him receive the ball on the half turn

So, even the threat of signing a new RB is enough for James Justin to decide that he is a professional footballer again.

Too late. I've been saying for months he needs to be moved to a DMF position. Pure CDM won't actually work, though I still think he'll be better than Soumare.

Why has he celebrated like he's scored against a former club?

did you not see his performance in the game Vs them last season where we lost 2-1

Let's be honest without winks gifting them 2 goals today we would of won that game 6 nil.

With the weather conditions they could of helped or what not but overall great result and a confidence builder maybe.

For those of us of a certain vintage, revenge!! 1987 5-2  at thier gaff on that fcking plastic pitch..

Our fifth successive third round defeat I think, and was still another 4 or 5 years til we finally did win in round three. Fcking long time as a kid that was..

In all seriousness, Ruud made the right call today. We needed a win, improve confidence and morale. It would have been nice to give some youngsters a chance today, but ultimately it's more important right now to boost the 1st team.

Was it that much of confidence performance????  It was scratch the gold turd stuff, superficially looked great but bit of detail we remian the shit as always.
