Dmitry Posted 7 February Posted 7 February You think Ruud will get the slip if we get taken with a 3+ goal difference?

Despite his very very slight improvement in some people’s eyes, he has clearly been a massive waste of money over the last four years and is only in our team now by default, because nobody will buy him and he’s in theory better than choudhury That’s my point. Nobody would buy any of Rodgers’ other signings either (Fofana maybe? I forget who signed him) because they were all so poor. So why some thought he should’ve been backed even further after Forest in the FA Cup I don’t know. I said it at the time- much cheaper to change the manager. Whilst I understand the point and Rodgers lost the plot the biggest single mistake we made was letting schmeichel go and we are regretting it now and it will only get worse - we would never have been relegated and would have had a chance to reset properly but tbf BR didn’t decide to let him go !
ozleicester Posted 7 February Posted 7 February Absolutely not getting up for this.... expecting 4-0 thrashing
Nick Posted 7 February Posted 7 February I hope OE gets some minutes tonight if Vardy is not travelling. It's a free hit if we are struggling late on in the game and it gives him an appearance and the potential to build some confidence.
fox_favourite Posted 7 February Posted 7 February (edited) There's still tickets available if you've lost your sanity! Can't even sell 1300 tickets for this. This shows both what ridiculous pricing does and our current situation. As a wise old lady once said.... Look at my face, am I bothered! Let's be optimistic.... 3-0 man Utd as they'll get bored as well Edited 7 February by fox_favourite
Jazzy_Jeff Posted 7 February Posted 7 February Man Utd managers use these games to divert pressure off them. Expecting a comfortable Utd win. i just hope for no injuries, an improved performance (not difficult) and some minutes for Monga and Evans.
fox_favourite Posted 7 February Posted 7 February (edited) With 15/16 year olds in the squad and us having the oldest team in the prem, it'll be like a mixture of dad's and kids charity match. Where the kids are twice as good. Edited 7 February by fox_favourite 4
Chico1958 Posted 7 February Posted 7 February I really didn't want this one to be on TV. The whole world are going to see how far we've dropped in 9 years. In saying that they may also see Man Utd are down there with us.

I said it at the time- much cheaper to change the manager. He had a bad window when he signed vestergaard and Bertrand and co but the two previous windows were actually very good. Perez never did it here but has done really well elsewhere. If we hadn't let a load of players go for free we wouldn't have been in that mess. And it would have cost 25m to sack rodgers at that point so I'm not sure it would have been cheaper when you start to consider amortisation. 1
Kasey Keller Posted 7 February Posted 7 February All our fans are going altogether on a 56 seater coach 🤣 1
FoxesWalk Posted 7 February Posted 7 February Can’t wait to watch use get battered in 4K on proper TV instead of (allegedly) on ropey pixelated streams. Higher definition misery straight into my living room.
jayfox26 Posted 7 February Posted 7 February How many tickets have we sold tonight? I won't be watching as I'm taking the wife to the pub, rather see her get rogered (by me I'm not into cuckolding) than watch this bunch of over paid nobs, get rogered by a shite Man U.
Stuntman_Mike Posted 7 February Posted 7 February You know it's bad when tonight gives some respite. We're not expected to go through, but if we somehow turn up there's not many places that would be more satisfying to win at. 1
Mickyblueeyes Posted 7 February Posted 7 February Very hard to get excited for this one. Win, great but for this season means nothing. The reality is, it will be a United/RVN love in and we will lose. I might just ask @jayfox26 if I can watch what he is doing instead. 1
