Remember when we had folk on here claiming he's lower league muck at best currently?! Just needed a chance. 

 

Get this season over and done with and build our side around him and a few other academy players. It's thr only facet of our club right now that's not an utter embarrassment.

I'm happy for him, but it's bittersweet knowing we've wasted the opportunity to blood him and so many others this season, at the very least in cup games. He will be vital next year.

I agree, one of the priorities need to be a manager who develops youth.

 

Nelson, Alves, Braybrooke, Evans and Monga :fc: need to be polished and developed, would still stick Macteer, Stolarczyk in that too, eventhou both a little older.

Main thing he is getting games, should have gone out at the start of the season.

 

Going to Cardiff and working with Omer
Riza who knows him has work out well, if he plays a decent amount of the last 7 games it's been great for his development.

Also found far more enjoyment being able to watch him play than watching us in 2025. Glad he's on loan. Was the same when Barnes went MK Dons at the time we were absolutely revolting. He was welcome relief.

I agree with the exception of Mcateer. From what I've seen he's nowhere near good enough for the Championship let alone the Premiership. He's hardly got blistering pace, can't take a man on, can only pass backwards and sideways, whenever the ball reaches him the entire move usually breaks down. Get rid, make a little bit of money and save on the wages. Not even good enough for the bench in the Championship imo. Hopefully we'll have someone who's a better second fiddle to Fatawu, Mavididi or whoever.

Very dangerous 1st half, didn't have a sniff 2nd and was rightly withdrawn. Keep him fresh for the run-in. The bottom of the Championship is insane.

I mean every time he came close to getting in last season he got injured, this season probably should have played more, especially in the League Cup

It's all about experience and minutes, involved in the goal with an assist.

 

In a side that is horrific on the ball he's often starved of possession.

He was recovering from an ACL for most of last season, and then had a few other injuries whilst getting back.
