I'd honestly be staggered if we beat Portsmouth.

I just think we'll collapse now (If we haven't already).

I think we'll lose to Portsmouth and Hull. I then think they'll beat Milwall and Blackburn when the pressure is off. Exactly like last season.

Feels a bit like Spurs in 2016 after the title was mathematically sorted. They kept pace with us for a few weeks (not closing the gap but keeping up) as we have done with the relegation rivals.

We beat Swansea at home convincingly and they slipped up against West Brom. After that, they fell apart and that weekend was pivotal. It feels like last weekend was that for us. We lost (ironically at home to Swansea) and the others won.

This is spot on...

The final paragraph is absolutely damning.

You've got a former owner who has taken a club to the brink and the people trying to keep it alive face the prospect of starting on the back foot, purely for not fully compensating what the EFL says Chansiri is owed to avoid a points deduction.

So it sounds like the new owners could have had the choice to pay more than they felt the club was worth to ensure Chansiri is repaid to the required value but have not done so and effectively accepted the 15 point deduction than do this. Even if their motive is purely not to overpay what they believe the value is for the club, rather than out of principle against Chansiri, I think the fans will actually be supportive of this.

It’s a bit shit that Coventry fans will have the night of their lives tonight at Blackburn, whereas in two weeks we’ll be there watching Championship football for possibly the last time in a long time.

I  didn't realise that Blackburn had already played 43 games before tonight.

MASSIVE IF but if we win 2 out of 3 it's a final showdown with Blackburn can't see them getting anything from today or Sheff Utd

4 years after being in a Euro semi at Roma we found ourselves hoping that Cov beat Blackburn to slightly increase our very slim hopes of not getting relegated from the Championship. WTAF.

Not sure it's worth cheering for Cov just for the sake of false hope, don't do it to yourselves.

Blackburn don't look like a team who are going to lose both games before they face us. At the very least they're getting something from Sheff Utd.

They don't look very good either even 2 draws would take it to the last day if we manage to get 2 wins out of 3 again massively unlikely
