Same as Demon dog. Last season being a season ticket holder. Been going since 1963. Had enough of all the stuff associated with top flight football

The world is changing and moving games for season ticket holders is a major inconvenience.

Not everyone can, or even wants to attend a game on a Saturday night at 20:00, especially if you are taking younger children etc.

I personally still think they need to scrap the 15:00 kick off moving games for TV black out.

Watching your local team play at 15:00 on a Saturday, is a completely different experience to watching Leicester at 15:00 on a Saturday. Less travel time, smaller crowds, closer interaction etc

At some point, a major football league will be picked up by Netflix, rather than a Sky and that’ll change the landscape again. Netflix has a far larger reach and people will start to use that for their weekly football fix.

I keep saying it, the younger generation have a shorter attention span, so unless games have goals and are exciting, the sports will be the death of itself. VAR is anti entertainment at times.

If the EPL had half a brain they would create there own version of Netflix. Charge £40 a month and stick every game on there.

It wouldnt surprise me if there is a loop hole in the 3pm blackout that some fancy lawyer can pick apart.

It's hard to find the motivation to go when with the right tools, you can watch every game from the comfort of your own home and turn off & do something productive with your day at any given second.

(according to a friend)

I'll renew, like the mug i am, but i certainly won't put on any pressure on going to games, i'll just go to the ones that suit me.

I do believe better times are ahead, how far ahead i don't know, but this seems the first time that any Anti -  Board talk has got any traction and i genuinely believe Top will be forced to do something before long.

Based on this thread people are buying season tickets but not bothered about going to games and will just go occasionally when they seem it worth their time.

Not something I thought was possible but the atmosphere will be even worse.

Denying new blood a chance of a ST and not turning up is a bit selfish imo.

Think its got to a stage where people DONT WANT to go but DONT want to give away their ST.

Like people who pay for Gym membership but dont go but cant be arsed to cancel...

Yea, it's a bit selfish if you think about it.

Regardless, ST's are not going to be the golden ticket people currently think they are moving forward Imo.

Match tickets will be a piece of piss to come by next season and the club will probably clamp down on ST holders who don't attend anyway.

Depends on what they intend to do with their ST when they don't go. 5 per season can go on the resale platform but do their seats remain empty for other non-attending matches? I'd hate my seat to be empty.

I'd never sell mine back to them, and I imagine next season in the championship it would always be

 unsold.

I lend my ticket out if I can't go.

I'd be surprised if they didn't go fully mobile tickets next season.

Is that possible with mobile tickets :dunno:

I was here before KP, before Mandaric, before Shipman have watched crap, watched average ridden the highs and the lows. If you think it’s low right now you have not been around long enough. Will I have a season ticket next year almost certainly yes. I did not want to go up this season and it’s been proven correct. I don’t mind the championship so much easier to get tickets, some nice trips. Will miss some grounds but not others. Every supporter attends for different reasons mine will not change.

Hopefully they stick with physical cards for another year.

You can transfer your ticket to another supporter with your digital ticket but they need to have an account.

And a Fox Membership? Not sure how many times you can do that?

No you don't need to be a member.  I've transfered my dad's to my son who isn't a member.

Not really, if you don't do anything about it things won't change! If for a season the ground is half empty and they can't resell the tickets, not only will it be embarrassing for them, they might start to wonder why rather than taking existing season ticket holders for granted and the expectation that they can just dump them and someone will just replace them! If we're not supporters anymore and just gullible customers, then hit them any way you can until they either change or clear off!

Totally agree, if you don't want to go, stop posturing, grow a backbone and simply don't go. It is selfish

Yeah,i was like that when i lived in Leicester.Didn't enjoy it anymore but needed to keep the ST instead of paying silly prices for matchday tickets and once it's gone your'e not going to get it back anytime soon.Since moving North i don't miss it at all and i think after a few seasons not in the PL the club will be begging for people to buy ST's as in the 90's

I live in Manchester, been dealing with the trains for the last couple seasons to be able to get to games, completely upending my weekends a lot of the time so I can keep on coming down. Finally got around to passing my driving test at the end of last year so I don't have to bother with that and... I still can't be bothered.

Completely apathetic towards the club as it stands. If it was just me I'd be cancelling my ST, but I share with my dad/brothers when I'm not able to make it, so I'll probably end up keeping it for their sake. Although even that is in doubt. If it was easier to get my ST back should the running of the club improve (not as bothered about on-pitch results) then I would've already cancelled. But its a captive audience and given my circumstances, if I gave it up I doubt I'd ever get the points to get it back under the current system.

Cant believe how quickly this club has shifted from fans feeling on top of the world to such a low point. Even the Championship win felt like we dragged ourselves over the line in the end.

It's pitiful.

Naturally, I’m not having anything to do with KPFC still, until everyone at the head of the club has gone and it replaces the anti-fan middle managers. No ST, no tickets, no merch.
