Im slowly thinking he's not coming. We needed this sorted asap and now preseason has started, we still haven't got him in. It seems a short preseason as well with only 3 games, so time is precious. 

 

I think it'll be Kingy due to us not having an idea what we're doing.

I said we'd breached which we did... I said we were getting a pts deduction last season, which we didnt and i was wrong... but we did breach and we will be getting pts deducted its just gonna come later than i thought

That's why they're considering legal action. Textor sold them to Woody Johnson.

Technicalities 

he was supposed to sell them by a certain date (which he didn’t - and I doubt that a sale has been legally completed yet). 

 

and then because Lyon were relegated, uefa wanted to check whether they would still be nominated by the French league to play in the Europa league 

 

so it’s till in abeyance
