Blue and white kop on FB has another image that at least shows the pinstripes all the way down the shirt.

Have I just been AI tricked?

That is AI.

On the actual shirt they've changed the colour of the fox on the badge to match the gold.

Let's change to Puma they're paying a lot more than Adidas.

Manchester City have extended their kit partnership with Puma for at least another 10 years, with the contract understood to be worth a minimum of £1bn, making it the largest deal in the Premier League.

City initially signed a £65m-a-year deal with the German kit manufacturer in 2019 but the parties have agreed an extension until at least 2035, worth a record £100m a year to the club.

That figure surpasses the £90m deal signed by rivals Manchester United with Adidas in 2023, while champions Liverpool will also be with the same manufacturer from this season after agreeing a reported, external £60m a season.

City have enjoyed an unprecedented period of success since 2019, claiming four Premier League titles as well as the Treble two years ago, but finished last season without a major trophy.

Commercially, the two parties have achieved club record sales globally, according to City.

City Football Group (CFG) chief executive Ferran Soriano said: "We joined forces with Puma with the ambition to challenge ourselves and go beyond the expectations. We have achieved this and more over the last six seasons.

"Puma have seamlessly integrated into our organisation, and we have enjoyed many historic moments together, engaging fans globally."

Will look great if they get bounced to League 2 and they have this deal still.

The green and navy/black one does look to be an interesting take on the navy/jade from the 90s including the pattern. Not what I was expecting and the colours look a touch off but could be alright in the flesh.

It is completely irrelevant but I like all of the kits from a design point of view. But I must reiterate my loathing of the sponsor and I for sure will not be buying one.

I was considering the navy training shirt as that is pretty smart but, even though it has King Power on it I stead of KBet, I doubt I'll get one because they've chosen such a heinous match shirt sponsor.

Wouldn’t make much difference to us mate.

Those fees banded about for some of the biggest clubs in the world are because of marketing value. Our marketing value is badically zero. There would be no value in a sportswear company paying us big money because it wouldn’t pay them to do so.

Just clocked that on the X image leaks. Will be interesting to see in person. Not usually a fan of them messing with the badge, but KP seem desperate to have the golden luck this season.

Piping/stitching down the sides and sleeves of shirts is a style I really hoped would have died 20 years ago, but alas.

Funny you should say that as this seasons Adidas templates are literally a modern remake on their Teamgeist templates of 2006.

I’m aware that adidas (and other manufacturers such as Nike with their Total 90 reboot) are going back 20 years to find inspiration; I just wish they wouldn’t.

The color gold I believe is linked to good luck and fortune within  Thai / bhuddist culture.  They had it painted on all the entrances to the home dressing room and various other places around the KO stadium and training ground..

I think they need repainting then mate

That away kit photo has had a bit of a "gold/white or blue/black" dress photo effect on me, I originally saw the white as yellow and thought it was a black/green/yellow kit... now I realise/see its a remake of the iconic navy and jade kit that I knew was coming in the first place lol

If we can get them sponsorless then I actually quite like them

Although on 2nd thought, a sponsorless away shirt might just look like a more expensive training top
