Man Utd apparently looking at potter if they sack the manager. Another nice big pay day coming his way in the next 6 months.

Fair play to palace as a well unbeaten in 18 games in all competitions is not easy for any team. Glasner will be being looked at soon hopefully he doesn’t jump at the first opportunity and can keep palace competing for another season or 2 , won’t last for ever but they should enjoy it while it lasts

The great thing is that the owner won’t change anything because of his own pride in his crazy decision and Ange is his mate , get the popcorn out this is going to be a great ride.

I got it in the day he arrived at the red scum...

He turned us down three times

We'll see how it pans out. Much better than the last couple of years but when the injuries kick in the depth will expose them.

Hope he gets what he deserves.

It's a NOW league, fans and owners want European football, every season.

I've seen people saying here that this season proves the league is not a closed shop and that the gap between prem and championship isn't growing. I disagree. The three teams at the bottom were in Europe recently. They spent to try and maintain that position and now are paying for it. They can't do what Chelsea do every year, financially. Maybe the promoted teams will benefit this year but more likely their lack of depth will see them hit the skids and tumble back down the table as the season progresses.

Palace are a breath of fresh air. As you say a lot depends on Glasner staying. Imagine if they did win it. Wouldn't diminish our achievement and would shake things up

I don’t think they will be to close to winning it but I do think if they keep everyone fit they can challenge for Europe again and even have a good run in the European cup they are in as well which I do hope they do after being screwed over by forest

LOL Southgate to Old Trafford?

Not sure if that's a joke or not...

The only manager who can change the fate of this team is Simeone. After his first game he will send packing 16 players and half of them will possibly need treatment in A&E.

Ofc there's more chance a huge meteorite hits the Earth before I finish this post than Simeone taking this job.

That appeared to be heading for the back of the net. How is that any different to the one given against Tarkowski at Leeds?

what I dont get; that one in the leeds everton game was given and no this one isnt,

what I actually hate about the game, even with VAR there is no consistency at all, you cant give one and not the other imo

I know a Nigel, he’s part of the Nigel fanatics group. He sent some videos after yesterday’s win v Liverpool, it looks like so much fun.
What a time for the Nigel’s. 18 matches unbeaten and about to start a European campaign. It’s a shame they’ll only celebrate it with M&S Cornish pasties and super chilled 4% lagers

What a load of bollocks from VAR. The tiniest touch from Pope made absolutely no difference to anything.

As clear a penalty as you'll see really. They've tied themselves in knots and lost all common sense.

As I've said before the people applying the rules aren't fit for purpose.
