Don't think the FA nor the EFL will bat an eyelid on this matter - look at Chelsea, Forest, Newcastle etc; all got away with different controversial matters.

Id say the EFL would, but being sponsored by a betting company I don't see them doing anything

@Lukeslaw, do you think there will eventually be non-betting/gambling sponsorship rules in the game - or is there no prospect of that at all happening?

I think it will happen eventually. I suspect football clubs are grabbing what they can whilst it is lasting.

They have been given chances to do the right thing and have done absolute extreme opposite. Hopefully a full ban will come from government.

@Foxes_Trust i'd really like to be involved in any statement on this, i've got loads of stuff on BC Game and already starting on this sham.

@AjcWreport the club and sponsor to the IFO https://www.theifo.co.uk

worth a go, especially because they will be selling this shirt to supporters with this dodgy sponsor on it

Not sure why you used a VPN as you can easily access it from a UK ip address, the website is blatantly a front, nothing works on the website apart from the help and blog pages, and even on those pages it try’s to convince you it’s not a scam or fake, there is no licensing from any gambling commission despite the claims on the website, the registration Address appears to be a random shop, the “contact us” email doesn’t exist

just looks like someone has asked ChatGPT to build them a website and this is the result

To be honest this is why I think it might not be Kbet.asia still. Just have a feeling the earlier thought about Kika seems more obvious given they were spun up by the same agency as BC Game.

Guess we will find out soon enough... but the Kbet site just seems too obviously fake.

Haven’t a clue who they are or what they do. Haven’t a clue about the previous few sponsors either, so it’s having no affect on me personally or people around me.

The UK based betting companies however  are a lot more active in the Uk, like I know people signing up and then being bombared by free bets to get them “used” to betting and getting them hooked on something that will lead to financial harm.

You could argue also that Walkers Crisps back in the day have impacted massively with regards to long term pollution with the billions of plastic wrappers they continue to pollute the planet with.

I’m pretty sure the average fan won’t have heard of them, just like they hadn’t heard of the others and it just passes them by.

A betting company, with a holding company in Curacao set up by IGA Trust, famous for..... BC Game

Placeholder for now, will add more as and when.

But yeah, here we go again.

As with before, immediate trace back to vietnam/south east Asia.

I've also just been able to create an account in seconds despite them not holding a UK licence.

Edit, some other info that this might be KBet linked to DEBET and the whole chinese gambling gangster who is now in jail lol

You’re a very brave man. I don’t think you realise the extent of who and what you’re exposing here. Very powerful people indeed who don’t take too kindly to their ‘business favours’ being highlighted!

Assuming its not a real company is that more or less problematic than an actual gambling sponsor?

Well an illegal gambling sponsor is probably a fine from the gambling commission and a slap on the wrists for all involved.

A made up company to circumvent fair market value rules, exposed by investigative journalists, sounds more like significant points deductions and god knows what else.

Thank you! We would be really keen to speak with you so a member of our Engagement working group will be in touch shortly as we've been discussing how the Trust responds to this (if this happens)

Sadly a big portion of our fan base will continue to defend the indefensible.

When is the next FAB @Foxes_Trust? Please make sure this is tabled as an agenda item, I understand the club will not discuss commercials but they should be presented with the facts and should outline their DD process (yes I know there won't be any).

The next FAB session is expected to be September, however we would like to see one taking place sooner than this.

The Trust will take a strong position on this issue should the club elect to have another gambling front of shirt sponsor.

Yeah the no comeback part is far from guaranteed, that’s part of the worry.

What is a "strong position"? With what aim?
