Hermansen is definitely going, just depends how much we can get.

25m would very good fee, would see us book a nice profit of 20m on his original fee of 5m, and with only 3m left on his amortisation, a nice 23m positive swing on our PSR position.

Massive high risk position to have a young player as 3rd choice with no league experience.

Stolarczyk and Begovic are solid goalkeeping options for the Championship, so the sale of Hermansen would bring only advantages once completed. His sale would certainly be less of a problem that Bilal, who I think will be central to Cifuentes's system.

I like Mads, and I think hes a good keeper who'll continue to improve, but i am more than happy with Stolarczyk as our No1 with Begovic as his mentor / 2nd.

Jakub learning from and backed up by Begovic is decent planning just get another youth Gk if our own is not ready.

He could be 20 yrs older and still be more of a worthwhile backup than Ward ever was. 

 

Only 1 year and probably knows he won't play much but can be called upon if needed. 

 

Probably helping him with his coaching qualifications at the same time perhaps too.

Will provide good back up to Stolarcyk and will allow us to bring Stevie Bausor into the first team squad. Good move for Begovic as well to develop as a potential first team GK coach and forge links no doubt  between his GK academy and the club.

If Mads is sold then good luck to him because we need the funds to reinvest in the squad.

Vs Bournemouth he was wasting time to hold on to a lead, we’re talking worse than Pickford, Pope, any of the others, setting up a kick on one side then changing mind, calling a defender back to take the goal kick then sending him away again etc.

In to added on time we get a free kick just outside box. Mahrez steps up and curls it in and the pent up frustration in me comes out, like Ramsay’s kitchen’s bits they can’t broadcast. “Haaaaa you ******* cheating ****, shame you can’t go for a winner now but some **** has wasted all your time…. etc”.

 

When we sat back down I apologised to the lady next to me but she replied “No, it’s fine he is a ******* ****!

 

Well now he’s our cheating ******* ****. I look forward to going for a wee, a beer and a small meal whilst you set up your goal kicks and not missing a thing!
