Can't be any worse than Ward. And that was in a league in which your Keeper is going to be relied on more. Most games you'd hope our keeper will be a spectator.

My default memory of Begovic is watching him hunched glumly on the floor of his penalty area after conceding a last minute equaliser (Mahrez free kick v Bournemouth).

 

Poor guy was getting pelted with snowballs from the Kop. Wish I took a video!

Finally over the line despite a late change of plan. Heard Rudkin made a last minute bid to pull the plug and bring Rohl in as backup keeper but it was too late.
