I find it difficult to accept that Winks is deemed to be OK for the bench, but not to start. 

Is his sulk only compatible with appearances from the bench? Seems a bit dumb from the Manager to persist with this. 
Start him and try to win games. If he gets a move away, then fair enough. But if he is on the bench, then START HIM!

Very strange to drop Monga but not…well almost everyone else in that starting 11. We’ve not got a great squad but not picking your best players is not going to help.
